Fully recommended place, quiet and with an unbeatable sunset view. The hostess is very kind, clear and always responds to your messages. The apartment has everything you need for the newspaper, parking, heating and the best is that it is petfriendly. I would definitely go again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. I really liked the dpto, great location, very nice view towards the beach. Nearby restaurants and cafes.. beach front. Everything very comfortable, the only thing I would get is the glass from the balcony, ( it is closed) as it does not allow to see the whole beautiful view, it does not feel the breeze.. and the vision is scarce. Great hosts communication and attentive to any questions... I would definitely come back..!!

This is a wonderful place, actually much nicer in person than in the photos. You can hear the waves on the beach. This area has incredibly nice weather, pleasant during the day and cool at night. Great restaurants and activities right there. Fantastic churro kiosk across the street. Will stay there again

I traveled with my mom, my sister, my niece and my two daughters, our first "girls' trip" and we chose Rodrigo's apartment next to the Lighthouse. Upon arrival, the boiler failed and there was no hot water, but Rodrigo responded immediately: he showed us another apartment in the same condominium, with the same amenities and without any problems. In less than the time it takes a rooster to crow, we were already settled in. The new apartment was perfect: parking included (we rented a car to tour the city and Elqui Valley), swimming pools usable all year round, a quiet condominium and a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful view! Rodrigo was always available and friendly; you can tell he cares about the comfort of his guests. We leave happy and grateful. We left the place impeccable for the next people, and we recommend 100% staying with Rodrigo. Quick service, ideal location and a first-class host. Thanks for saving our trip, Rodrigo!

The area is quiet and very nice. The spacious, well-organized apartment with a beautiful view. Tommy was always attentive and answered every question. Very comfortable beds, I mention it because it is not something that always happens. We felt at home . Our stay was very pleasant.
