Holiday rentals with a patio in La Serena

We had an excellent weekend as a family with our pet, everything went super well, the apartment is very comfortable, they just don't have a coffee maker, but the air conditioning is excellent and it has 2 fans that work perfectly. We would definitely come back.

A nice place to relax. Close to two tourist villages. Keep in mind the mosquitoes and the weekend becomes noisier in the neighboring houses. The air conditioners work very well, perfect for very hot days

We had an excellent experience in this house located in Carmen de Apicalá. The pool is undoubtedly the highlight: spacious, clean and perfect for enjoying the region's warm climate. The interior and exterior spaces are well distributed, offering comfort and privacy for groups or families. The view from the house is relaxing, with green landscapes that invite you to rest. It also has a very well-equipped space for grilling meat. In general, a highly recommended option for those looking for rest and fun in a natural environment.

In a very quiet and private environment this space met my expectation, good price/benefit ratio, it has the amenities described and in good working order. It is located 2 minutes from the main road and 5 minutes by vehicle from the supermarket area and 5 minutes from the C.Cial Riviera [Restaurants] Yarlene the general services person, very attentive and collaborating. Communication with Javier the host is quick. To take into account the space is on the 5th floor and the unit does not have an elevator, this to take into account for people with reduced mobility.

A familiar place, the apartment is very nice and functional, the rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms, the balcony is super large and you can rest without any problem, the ceiling fans work very well for the theme of the heat, the internet works well and in each room there are smart tvs to connect apps. The amenities of the set are in good condition, the pool is excellent, the Jacuzzi is spacious and very clean. In the place you can ask for addresses if you don't want to leave the apt, however there is a restaurant also in the ensemble. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to rest and get away from the noise. Thank you very much for everything Andrea.
