Holiday rentals with a patio in La Serena

We had an excellent weekend as a family with our pet, everything went super well, the apartment is very comfortable, they just don't have a coffee maker, but the air conditioning is excellent and it has 2 fans that work perfectly. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is cozy, very clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet, ideal for lounging, and everything is as shown in the pictures. Recommended!

Very beautiful place, I'm not a fan of the first floors but I really enjoyed the stay at Patricia's place, it's very beautiful and with very good amenities. Everything was super good, very good service from Carolina and the person who was in charge of the house, everything was excellent, very nice and comfortable. The only detail to improve are the mattresses on the single beds, lousy, but it is a detail that can be changed with ease.

The place is excellent. The social area is quite large with different well-organized environments, the kitchen is super equipped and an item that we value a lot is the grill. We found the pool comfortable, the rooms are large enough, with nice enough beds, each with clean closets and bathrooms. My only recommendation would be that the bathrooms have hand towels, otherwise impeccable. Very happy.

In a very quiet and private environment this space met my expectation, good price/benefit ratio, it has the amenities described and in good working order. It is located 2 minutes from the main road and 5 minutes by vehicle from the supermarket area and 5 minutes from the C.Cial Riviera [Restaurants] Yarlene the general services person, very attentive and collaborating. Communication with Javier the host is quick. To take into account the space is on the 5th floor and the unit does not have an elevator, this to take into account for people with reduced mobility.

Everything as seen in the communication, the apartment is very clean and very beautiful. Diana and Carlos were very attentive and very aware of us. Fantastic common areas, always clean, and the condominium staff are very friendly. i'm sure we'll be back soon!

The apartment is spectacular and we liked it a lot!! It is a quiet area. We went for a very nice walk. We had expectations about the food at the place and this is a very personal issue. We didn't love it, but that doesn't mean that others won't like it. It's a nice place and has everything it says! You can enjoy it a lot in the apartment
