Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Wooden house located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac comprising 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 people. Close to the most beautiful Landais surf spots and the charm of the Netherlandsque, as well as all the amenities: shops, services, playground, pétanque, pump track, bike paths, and free shuttle to the surrounding area. Linens and towels are rented, OFFERED from 3 nights . Anyone outside of the reservation is not allowed to sleep in the property .

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Charming garden studio

Charming studio located only 10 minutes from the ocean. It has a main room also serving as a bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200), a TV and connected speaker, a coffee area and an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. We provide bed linen as well as towels. The studio also has paid option access to a hot tub. The entrance is common to the house and the accommodation is not overlooked.

Fully renovated 24 m2 studio with sunny terrace, and small garden. It is attached to our house but has its own independent entrance. The proximity of the beaches with the most beautiful surf spots: Penon, Bourdaines, Estagnot (15 min by bike, the bike path passes in front of the house), Hossegor, golf and the forest offers a multitude of activities for all tastes. Perfect for relaxing in peace, while staying close to the ocean. The accommodation is adjoining the owners' house (very discreet) and ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends.

At the heart of a pine forest, on a plot of 1.2 hectares, a nice bungalow handmade by carpenters, in ecological materials. 25 m2 independent from our home. Absolute calm and beautiful landscapes.
