The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

The vacation home

House, recently renovated, in a village at the entrance to Valgaudemar. Between the Parc des Écrins and the Dévoluy, close to Lake Sautet, it will be a peaceful haven for the whole family. You can enjoy outdoor activities nearby and relax in the open-access garden with barbecue. It is possible to rent another place nearby for 4 guests (see other listing). We will be there to welcome you and advise you in the discovery of our beautiful valley.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
