A lovely, cosy studio of around 28m² for two people, brand new, comprising a large living area with a direct view of the forest and the vegetable garden, a kitchen open to the living area, and a shower room. The living area features a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200) and a dining table. Bed linen and towels are provided for 2 people; you just need to arrive and settle in. An extra bed can be added on request for a third person. A large shaded terrace awaits you! Perfect for relaxing, reading a book, and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, induction hob, Nespresso machine (2 capsules provided), oven, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the basin and the old oyster refining basins at its feet. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune", which refers to an observation platform installed at the top of the ships' mast. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
