A lovely, cosy studio of around 28m² for two people, brand new, comprising a large living area with a direct view of the forest and the vegetable garden, a kitchen open to the living area, and a shower room. The living area features a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200) and a dining table. Bed linen and towels are provided for 2 people; you just need to arrive and settle in. An extra bed can be added on request for a third person. A large shaded terrace awaits you! Perfect for relaxing, reading a book, and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, induction hob, Nespresso machine (2 capsules provided), oven, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom features a washbasin, an XXL walk-in shower and a toilet. Toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Staying at Lacanau Moutchic Inn means enjoying a magical break surrounded by nature. Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
