Holiday rentals with a patio in Lackawaxen Township

We drove in from 3 different states for graduation weekend & stayed at this amazing apartment. Extremely spacious, but also many quaint gathering areas. Very clean, private, quiet & so much character. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not prepare meals there. We ate out one evening & hosted a catered graduation dinner the next.A perfect place for us to gather & celebrate our daughter’s graduation. We did hit the first 80° weekend of the year so window AC units weren’t in yet. A very quick message to Esther & her husband was there within 15 minutes installing them. Their response to messages & questions were amazing! Outstanding hosts! When booking I was unsure about the street parking, but there were always spots in front of & on the side of the house. This was excellent considering both University of Scranton & Marywood graduated the same weekend. We loved our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. Esther was a delight to rent from! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Great place to stay in a cute town! We were in town for a wedding on Tamerlane Farm Sanctuary. This place was clean and suited our needs! Would recommend.

Great place! Our host JD was very attentive and responsive to our needs! The place was super quiet, clean, and private. Very small town, so you have to drive around to get to some good spots, but they definitely have some nice restaurants nearby! My boyfriend and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary here and it was one to remember.

Enjoyed our stay and the place was so cute! This was a trip to a fan of The Office. Cannot believe this was the only option like this, but it was fantastic

The apartment was well designed and clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was ideal for traveling throughout the area, very close to downtown and can easily get to some of the more rural areas which is what my intended purpose was. Would certainly recommend to others.

I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

Jennifer’s apartment was impeccably clean, comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs for our weekend visit! Tucked away in an adorable area that we plan on visiting again. She provided a well appointed kitchen (perfect for making your own morning coffee or dinner if you don’t feel like venturing out), a super -cozy living room (bring a good book and enjoy the fireplace and a comfy throw blanket after a long day), as well as a spotless bathroom. Jennifer’s Rustic One Bedroom is in a perfect spot to explore Shohola PA and Barryville NY. River adventures, hiking, music festivals are all at your doorstep. We look forward to returning!

The stay was wonderful and very picturesque. John was very communicative and provided great recommendations around the place. The highlight of the stay was definitely the three barn cats who guided us to the front door and were really friendly and a delight to be around. The area around the house is really serene and peaceful and was great to walk around. Would 100% recommend this stay!

It was a great getaway, coffee and a beautiful view every morning! Despite the weather not cooperating we still enjoyed the serenity of the mountains! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless and well-maintained, with high-quality items throughout. The host was incredibly responsive—truly amazing. When our son fell sick, we had to request a date change, and they kindly accommodated us. That gesture meant a lot, as it allowed us to still take the vacation we were looking forward to. The location is fantastic, with plenty of fun activities nearby. Highly recommended!

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

We booked a trip super last minute and had an amazing time! The location was fantastic and Erin was incredibly helpful with everything ahead of time and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for young families as Erin has put in the extra effort to accommodate young children with a high chair, booster seat, and pack and play. It’s a beautiful home in a wonderful community. It made for a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of NYC and enjoy the local nature.

I took a few of my employees to Brad & Nadine's for a weekend getaway and it could not have been more perfect ! The place was spacious and clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking and all appliances were in working condition and well maintained. The hot tub was fabulous and clean as well and is located on top of the deck vs under which I really prefer so that the sky is visible while sitting in it. The fireplace and large windows are a big plus too. ! All instructions were clear and the hosts communicated promptly. It was the perfect weekend getaway and a great alternative for a larger group to stay at after a day at beautiful Lodge at Woodloch spa which was only a few miles away. I highly recommend Brad & Nadine's place. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful experience! The place had everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect, just steps from the lake and pool at Big Boulder Lake Club. The outdoor deck wrapped around and gave us so much room to sit, spread out, and relax. The gas grill was a bonus so we could cook out. There was even a cornhole game that we set up and played on the deck. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

Convenient location to Big Boulder just a short drive away. Nice place and easy in and out. Clean and well maintained. Would stay again! Thanks

My family and I enjoyed our stay, very clean and neat space and the host was kind and responsive.

The place was beautiful and peaceful, kitchen had everything you need to cook, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, you have a recreational center with indoor and outdoor pool, arcade, basketball field, but the condo is on a quiet a peaceful area 2 minutes drive from the recreational center, house has all the amenities for a perfect stay. Max was kind and responsive to my questions, I definitely recommend this place.

The space was great! The only thing that was different was the indoor pool and hot tub were not on site. They only have an outdoor pool that of course was closed in February. They did however give access at another resort 7 miles away. We were not able to take advantage due to a snow storm that came in. But I did get use of the jet tub in the upstairs bathroom so it made up for it😊
