The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It is close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The period we stayed there was great.

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Exactly as described. Jacqueline was exceptional to work with. The location is great. The only drawback was the road noise, but the wonderful setting and sunsets made it worth it! Highly recommend!

The place is totally calm, with no neighbors around. The location is great, being close to bars, restaurants, markets and pharmacies, and easy access to other beaches as well. Guilherme was very cordial and polite at all times, I was very comfortable in the place, without any kind of disturbance. Environment with impeccable cleanliness. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly at home. The house is stunning and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, but the real highlights are the amazing amenities. The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the glass cube sauna is absolutely incredible—such a unique and luxurious touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can disconnect, recharge, and feel completely taken care of, this is the place.

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

local town hall supplied our needs, good location, good condominium, suggestions: having a larger bin in the kitchen, because the one in the sink is not enough, to have a larger amount of toilet paper available and at least one disinfectant available to use in the bathroom for maintenance.

Great place to stay in Floripa 10 minutes walking to the beach with nearby restaurants. The house is located in a safe neighborhood and is peaceful. The house is tidy, spacious and bright with views of the ocean. It has all the essentials, kitchen for cooking, television with Netflix/Prime Video and good internet connection to work. Maria who lives downstairs is very friendly and great to communicate. Highly recommend this place.

Vanessa and her husband were very attentive to us. They waited for us to make the crossing to Barra da Lagoa. Vanessa is very calm and responds quickly. It has always helped us when necessary. Excellent stay. Huge and wonderful bathtub! I highly recommend it!

It was AWESOME!!! By far the best place I've ever stayed to rest and work from home too hahaha the place is amazing, the space is completely beautiful and surprising, I saw little monkeys, toucans and enjoyed every little bit. Patricia is super nice, she helped us with everything, I'll definitely be back soon ❤️

Our stay was great. It complied with our need and expectation. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Facilimo access to the lagoon. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities at your disposal. Very cozy room and great TV. Cadeirinhas de Praia and Guarda sun available. Bastante nets, tables and chairs. We just miss more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it.

You know that feeling of entering a place and feeling already at home? It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)

The Chácara is wonderful. Much contact with nature, spacious and cozy house. Great place for kids, my kids loved it! Hosts always very attentive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it! Those who will always want to come back! 😍
