Holiday rentals with beach access in Lagoa

Really a great place with very good amenities and good location in the Algarve. Jan-Taken was accessible at all times and also supported us superbly. We felt very comfortable. The complex in which the apartment is located is also very well maintained and at the beginning of May there was also not so much going on, so it was really quiet and not full. The apartment offers its own table tennis rackets and private access to the gym, which we also loved.

A week-long stay in this little corner of heaven with our two-year-old daughter. Everything was made available for her, very good communication with Hugo. The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting the Algarve and enjoying the sun and beaches. We will not hesitate to come back because it was difficult to leave it.

The apartment is very lovingly furnished. It absolutely matches the photos. The location is perfect. We fell in love with this beautiful apartment. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful view of the ocean & beach from the huge balcony. The apartment was clean and as shown in the photos. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved waking up to the view each day. The apartment is a little old, and you see this in the doors and floors, simply furnished - but it has everything you need for a week's stay. There is construction happening on the building, and this began at 8am on week days and lasted through the day - so coming home for an afternoon nap was impossible and luckily we spent every day out. But this is not something the owners/management can control, and renovations must happen - so this was not an issue for us.

Very nice, available and responsive, Laurie has always been there if needed. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and very functional. The roof top, a pure wonder to enjoy the view, the sunset during an aperitif, a dinner... Private garage for easy parking on a street where all spaces are quickly used. The apartment is in a great location and is well equipped, however we thought it was a little expensive compared with others we have rented. Clarified was very quick to respond to any minor issues we had and we enjoyed our stay.

We felt completely at home in Florence’s apartment. It’s a super cozy place, beautifully decorated with fun and thoughtful touches. Everything was spotless when we arrived — incredibly clean and well cared for. The shared areas are full of flowers and charm, and the heated pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. There's also a private apartment within the property, which made us feel that our car was very safe during the entire stay. The location is excellent: less than five minutes from the beach, with a lovely village nearby to explore, a fantastic restaurant just around the corner, and a great café we instantly loved. Everything is close and convenient, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Florence was incredibly kind and informative from the very beginning. She made our arrival and stay smooth and welcoming, always available and attentive. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Ana is the perfect host, very attentive and helps us with the slightest problem. We can count on her, she wants our well-being and for everything to be perfect. Her house is in a great location. It's still better to have a car to best explore this beautiful part of the Algarve. Thank🙂 you Ana!

This is an amazing little find in the heart of Carvoerio, true to the description, photos and reviews, it is extremely clean, great shower, comfortable beds, close to the beach, restaurants etc! We loved breakfast and an evening drink on the roof terrace! Sofia was a great host, nothing was too much trouble, even dropped of a flower and card for my birthday while we were there! We would definitely recommend and will definitely return ❤️

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

The location of the house is amazing: a few meters from the beach, in a soothing setting. Ideal base for the most beautiful walks in the area along the coast. The house is tastefully decorated and quality materials. It is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a dream stay (impeccable house base, equipped kitchen, bbq, beach towels, etc.) . Stephanie has thought of everything! This home is a perfect beachfront home, but also turns into a soft and warm cocoon thanks to the wood burning stove when the weather is less mild. Stephanie is a perfect host, attentive and always available. Thanks again for everything! Last point: you will find in front of the house 2 delicious restaurants offering amazing grilled fish! It was a dream stay! We leave this house with memories in our heads and we hope to come back soon!

We had a great time in Ferragudo. It was a great base for our excursions along the western Algarve. Maria da Luz was very helpful, always responsive and her place is very nice.

When searching Airbnb for a place to stay in Portugal, Pedro’s property stood out. From our initial enquiry to the day we left Portugal after our 14 night holiday, Pedro was fantastic, always in contact with helpful information or to answer any questions we had. This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

Excellent location - very close to the beach and great restaurants. The place itself was spotless and comfortable. Plenty of closet space with lots of hangers for our clothes. Bathrooms were clean and loved the medicine cabinet mirror to store all our toiletries. Finally, the instructions were complete, clear, and precise. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Terrys condo in Carvoeiro was great, the apartment is really spacious and has everything you need, plus a little pool in the garden for cooling off (perfect for our young baby on hot days). There is so much within walking distance from here which was ideal for us with a pram - the beach, multiple restaurants, tennis courts (or pickleball if you fancy it), supermarkets and cafes. Terry was so helpful and welcoming even before we arrived. He greeted us for check in, which was very kind considering we had a late flight. Due to our flight getting in at around 10pm Terry offered to get us some supplies from the supermarket in advance since everything would be closed once we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and he is super knowledgable of the area. Couldn’t fault the apartment or Terry, highly recommend.

We had a perfect stay at Geraldine’s place! The apartment is amazing with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The place was very clean and easy to access. There was more than enough parking available right next to the apartment. The pool area was extremely clean and quiet. All information for everything was provided. The Apartment was close to the supermarket and within walking distance to restaurant and the beach. Geraldine was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and I would absolutely recommend staying here, and hopefully we will be back ☺️

We had a wonderful vacation in Steffan's accommodation and can recommend it without reservation. The apartment is really nice. Tastefully furnished, very spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Details such as high-quality fly screens in front of the windows and the terrace doors were also considered. The garden and pool area is very well maintained and good for relaxing. The location was also absolutely perfect for us - very quiet and yet you are only a few minutes' drive from the town center and the beautiful beaches. There was also a selection of very good restaurants within walking distance, which we enjoyed very much. Steffan is a very good host and communication with him was always friendly and uncomplicated. We would come back.

Carlota’s place is located in amazing Villa with beautiful surroundings! Amazing beaches to get to and her local recommendations were excellent ! The pool was great but unfortunately due to the weather it was a bit too cold to use and shower facilities were under construction. The only downside is the bed option, as described from the picture, the main bedroom is with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. One big bed would’ve been more comfortable but breathtakingly beautiful view makes everything ok. We had some issue with laundry machine as it wasn’t in a good condition but we cleaned it and bought strong scent laundry detergent made it usable again! Wonderful memories from the beautiful landscape and activities and especial thanks to warm and heart full neighbor downstairs! Thank you again and it was a pleasant stay!

We are regular air bnb users and this is in our top 5 of great places we’ve booked. Carvoeiro is one of the best locations in the Algarve and Rita’s place made our stay even more enjoyable. There’s lots of space in the unit, the ac works wonderfully to keep things cool at night. The kitchen is well appointed with things to make quick, simple meals. Bear in mind that while there are coffee makers (one drip and one pod unit) there are no coffee pods or ground coffee provided. If you do pick some up pods get the ones designed for nespresso units. We picked up the wrong ones at the nearby grocery store. For tea drinkers there is a kettle and a few tea bags. There’s a little ‘dorm’ size fridge so if you bring groceries for meals don’t go nuts with tons of perishable food or items for the freezer. Rita provides a beach umbrella, towels and a few sand toys to bring down to the lovely beach that is about a 6 minute walk from the unit and we loved having breakfast on the patio every morning
