Excellent house in Lagoa Santa, great view, cozy, ideal for spending the weekend and holidays with family and friends. Furnished and equipped house, with security cameras on the outside. Bed and bath linens are not included. We leave a face towel and a rug in the bathrooms. For events, see extra fee. Solar-heated pool. Hydro and pool waterfall are not available in the rental. Internet, Wi-Fi, Sky with Première are available. The house is not in a condominium!
