Este lugar especial e bem localizado. Está perto supermercado, restaurante, farmácia, 14km do aeroporto de Confins e aprox. 500 metros da orla da lagoa principal. É Equipado com tv, ar condicionado, wi-fi, micro-ondas e frigobar. As chaves estarão na recepção com seu nome até 20h. Após esse horário, será por senha. O estacionamento não tem vaga demarcada e possui 2 pisos de garagem. Mas tenho que admitir, a garagem é apertada para um carro grande.
