We had a blast staying at Ana's place. It's a small, magical place at the top of Aljezur. You can reach the city on foot in a few minutes and have a beautiful view over the landscape leading to the sea. A perfect stay for a short stay in Aljezur.

I had a wonderful stay at Cláudio’s place. The apartment is located in a perfect spot with breathtaking views. The proximity to the many beaches allows you to enjoy the sun and ocean every day. One of the highlights was the opportunity to go trekking on the nearby cliffs, which provided stunning panoramic views of the coastline - a must-do for nature lovers. It's also a short walk to the city center, giving you easy access to marina, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The apartment (room) was clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. The host was incredibly helpful to all guests, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable at home. I highly recommend this place in Portimão.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig mit großer Sonnenterasse und einer Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Außerdem bietet Barbaras Tochter Katya Ausritte an, was mir als Reiterin sehr gut gefallen hat. Es gab auch gleich Familienanschluss und wir haben fast jeden Sonntag zusammen Karten gespielt. Barbara ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Amazing hosts and beautiful accommodation in the lovely quiet village Pedralva! We loved our stay with Pushpa and Jorge, it was a real highlight of our surf trip down Portugal, and Pedralva is in a great location very close to many surf spots. We really enjoyed Jorge's surf skate and surf coaching lessons too - fantastic coach, highly recommend (loved the surf skate ramp also!). The outside kitchen area was perfect for us, fully equipped with everything we needed. Excited to come back and visit again. Thank you so much Pushpa, so lovely to meet you!

This Airbnb is perfect for friends or couples, the room is so pretty and clean! There are cute cats and dogs!! Portimão is amazing, so sad that we only stay for one day. We will sure come back to visit again!!😍😍

We had a wonderful stay in the Chapel Suite. Loved the unique Architecture and decor and the lovely gardens. This was our first visit to the Algarve area and the Chapel Suite made a great "home base" to explore the region and come back to relax and enjoy the peaceful evenings and mornings away from the more common tourist centers. Inge met us when we arrived, showed us around the property and was a gracious host. We made friends with Olley (the resident dog) who would stop by to make sure we were OK - he watched as we packed up and seemed sad to see us go (and we were sad to leave so soon). So glad we found this option - it made a really great trip even more special and memorable. Highly recommend.

Comfortable rooms, beds were nice! The pool was great and we loved sitting on our patio in the evenings. The drive to town is short and easy - a very convenient location as long as you have a car.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt es war alles sehr neu und sauber und ein ruhiger schöner Ort mit kleiner Terrasse - Carla hat uns sogar noch eine Maschine Wäsche waschen lassen. Die Lage ist halt in dem neuen Teil und etwas den Hügel rauf - was aber dann einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und die Burg ermöglicht hat.

Kinga and Miguel's place is my ideal Airbnb, especially when I'm looking for a relaxed, rural beach vibe. The hosts live on premises in their main house, but each apartment is private. We had our own patio to enjoy the beautiful cool evening breezes and outdoor dining. We spent most of our time outside while at the house, but furniture inside and out is comfortable. A few of Kinga's lovely paintings of the Costa Vicentina complement the modern interior. The pool is comfortable and the outdoor shower is a treat. For us the days of traveling with kids is past but all kinds of travelers will enjoy. The quiet is complimented by the distant sound of the Atlantic -20 min. walk to a cliff for lovely sunsets. Grab your car to access many beaches for surfing, swimming, or to find cool rocks. Kinga and Miguel are great hosts, savvy travelers themselves, so they put together a great guide book. They also surprised us with lovely treats! Four nights was not enough. We highly recommend this airbnb!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Carla. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und direkt einige Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und groß und es gab sogar extra Strandtücher. Lediglich das Bett ist etwas hart und nicht sonderlich groß. Für kurze Zeit jedoch vollkommen ausreichend.

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y cuidado. Teníamos la piscina a pie de puerta, es compartida aunque tampoco ha sido un problema porque casi no la hemos utilizado. Está en la zona alta de Portimao y es muy tranquila y se aparca muy bien. No teníamos tendedero y Ana nos facilitó uno rápidamente. La televisión no funcionaba bien pero tampoco nos hizo falta porque estábamos casi todo el día fuera. En general nos ha gustado mucho y hemos estado muy agusto. Las camas muy cómodas para dormir. Lo único “negativo”, por así llamarlo, es que en los edificios de enfrente había un perro ladrando constantemente, imagino que le dejaban solo y a mi que me encantan los animales, me resultaba bastante angustioso. Por lo demás, hemos venido encantados. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!! Muchas gracias Ana.

Magnifique moment passé à Monchique sur les hauteurs de ce beau village ! Très paisible avec une vue à coupé le souffle. Une voiture un peu surélevée fera l’affaire pour arriver à l’endroit. Stew a été réactif et bienveillant avec nous durant tout le séjour. Je recommande !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Tal und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren zum Entspannen aber auch zum Arbeiten in Aljezur und konnten beides super machen in der Wohnung. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, das Bad ist super schön renoviert und der Schreibtisch ist auch sehr praktisch. Tal hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer zu erreichen, wenn wir sie gebraucht haben. Die Sonne scheint sehr schön auf die Terasse (es gibt aber auch einen Sonnenschirm) und die ganzen Pflanzen in der Wohnung und auf der Terasse machen alles sehr wohnlich - wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Wat een heerlijke plek. We hebben genoten van het comfortabele huis en van het heerlijke zwembad. De omgeving is prachtig. Prachtige baaitjes en leuke stadjes bereikten we binnen een kwartier met de auto. Emma is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich praktisch eingerichtet und die Deko war nicht übertrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles Blitzsauber und es waren mehr Handtücher etc. da als wir gebraucht haben. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Wohnung darunter - aber durch den eigenen Eingang und die innenliegende Treppe hat man eher das Gefühl ein ganzes Haus zu mieten. Man sollte dort aber ein Auto haben - die Entfernung zum Strand von Alvor wären zwar auch zu Fuß noch machbar - es gibt aber nicht wirklich brauchbare Wege. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der keinen Trubel der Stadt sucht und mit den Geräuschen des Landes (Hähne, Vögel und Hunde) zurecht kommt. Wir werden ziemlich sicher wieder dort Urlaub machen

Wir verbrachten vier Tage in dem kleinen Apartment von Anne Maries schönem Maison de charme . Dort schätzen wir besonders, den wunderschönen gepflegten Garten, und die wunderbare Lage. Man kann zu Fuß traumhafte Strände erreichen, die nicht von Touristen überfüllt sind . Annemarie und Anna waren perfekte Gastgeber, die uns mit wertvollen Insider Tipps weitergeholfen haben.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature, calm and quiet, we just hear the wind and it’s been a pleasure to have some days of vacation here. The room was very clean and confortable. I recommend !

Le matelas est royal ! Avec une vue sublime en pied de lit !!! La plage est à 2 min à pied ! Le restaurant que Nina nous a conseillé est une merveille ! Nina était aux petits soin durant tout le séjour ! Le domaine est super ! Hâte d’y revenir avec plus de temps pour plus apprécier les activités ! Merci encore Nina !

Manuel was een geweldige gastheer. In de ochtend bracht hij ons verse koffie en hij plukte verse groenten voor ons uit zijn tuin. We voelden ons helemaal thuis bij hem! Het appartement is fijn, met buiten een hangmat en luie stoelen. Locatie geweldig. Mooie hike over de kliffen is vanuit het huis geweldig te doen. Veel mooie stranden in de omgeving en leuke restaurantjes. We hebben genoten, en komen zeker nog eens terug!

nous avons passé un très bon moment dans le logement de Nina son point fort est la proximité de la plage qui est à 10 minutes a pied. Les plus belles côtes de l'Algarve sont également accessibles à pied ou en voiture en peu de temps. merci à Nina qui nous a conseillé une très belle sortie en mer pour admirez les côtes sous un autre angle.

Casa Tuia ligt op een heuvel met wijds uitzicht, wat het een idyllisch verblijf maakt. De inrichting is rustig en natuurlijk en dat zie je overal terug (binnen en buiten). Het hele terrein (tuin) is met zorg aangelegd. Helaas konden we maar 4 nachten boeken, want wij waren graag langer gebleven.
