Great peaceful place to stay. Host is engaging and ensured I knew how to get in the home and kept in constant contact with me due to my constant changing arrival. I always check for availability here first when I come up town.

We immediately felt right at home in Barbara’s apartment on their family horse farm. Our children enjoyed selecting books to read from their entertainment center and playing outside with Barbara’s children. It was nice to have respite from traffic down their long lane and to be able to fully relax due to the safe picturesque country setting. We appreciated the reverse osmosis filtered water, comfortable room temperature, shower stocked with toiletries, and cozy blankets. We slept well and were refreshed and ready for another day of traveling. We would happily stay again!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. My husband, our 15 month old, and I are moving to Ethiopia in a couple of months and we needed to spend one last time with our family. Fern’s listing was so close to where our family lived and we were able to have our own space and also spend time with family. We got to meet and visit with our host one morning and they were so friendly and welcoming!! We will definitely choose these wonderful accommodations again if we ever come back.

This is our 2nd stay at the Nappanee Loft. We were excited to return! It is a delightful place. Well appointed with attention to many details. Enjoyed the homemade granola and milk. A special treat. Clean & comfortable. The layout is perfect for the space. It is very cool that the vintage kitchen cabinets were made by a local cabinet company, Coppes Nappanee. We visited a coffee shop in Coppes Commons that was formerly the cabinet factory. Highly recommend visiting. It is evident when visiting the downtown area that there is a lot of pride. A beautiful town.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lynette and the accommodations. Lynette was a very responsive, communicative host. The extra touches she put into the stay were noticed and appreciated. The accommodations were sparkling clean, ultra comfortable and matched the listing photos and description perfectly. The property location was extremely serene. I would most definitely recommend staying here!!

Great Spot, Great Hosts and Location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little home. We stayed here for almost 6 weeks while our 5th wheel RV was being repaired at the factory. The house was very well cleaned and in good shape. Nice large backyard for the kids to play in as well as bird watching. There were no TVs which was actually a plus for our no-screens family. There was a nice welcome basket with some snacks as well as coffee and tea for the coffee maker. All the kitchen tools you could need were provided if you plan on cooking. We also enjoyed the very nice ping pong table downstairs and being able to hang dry clothes on the laundry line downstairs by the new washer and dryer. Internet was good- no interruptions while working remotely. Host and owner were very nice and accommodating and very quick to answer any questions we had. We recommend checking out E&S Bulk Foods (cash only), Dutch Country Market, Yoder Meats & Cheese, and Yoder Red Barn shops while you are in town

The apartment is spacious, very clean and contains thoughtful decor and amenities. Tina was responsive and friendly. We were able to easily walk Main Street to eat and shop. The building itself was quiet, but the train tracks are nearby and you will hear trains throughout the day and night.

It was such a beautiful stay. The back of the house faces the quiet channel in a circular view, which allows for a lovely view and breeze. The house had an inviting layout, great for our family vacation. The shed in the back was accommodating with lots of water toys, especially for kids. There is a little private and very clean beach area that was great for the kids as well. We look forward to coming back!

A wonderful retreat with everything you need to unwind. Loved fishing off the pier and fires at night. All the comforts of home and amenities, with a really responsive and helpful host. Absolutely recommend and hope to be back.

Beautiful, beautiful location. The lake view from the living room windows is amazing. It’s a very easy walk to the little beach, but the dock area right off the house is also shallow enough to wade. The included amenities are above and beyond to help you make the most of your time there and really enjoy the lake life.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was very cozy and very clean. The most comfortable beds and the view is incredible! Would have liked to sit out on the deck as there was no lounge chairs but other than that it was perfect!

it was such a fun night. definitely worth the money and stay. we will be coming back once it warms up and we can go on the lake. such a beautiful home

Steph’s house was perfect for a family weekend in Shipshewana. She responded to any questions we had immediately. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The lake and walking trails were close to the house. The house was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Spent the weekend and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and as pictured and described. The view off the lake is amazing and lots of breeze coming off of it. The beds were extremely comfortable and had nice pillows, linens, and extra pillows and blankets. Fans were provided in both bedrooms. Water was hot and all hygiene was provided. The kitchen is well stocked. The hosts were reachable and gave clear directions on entrance and how to work the air, heat, and TV. Would definitely recommend to stay here and make sure to go for a visit in Shipshewana.

Beautiful home in the countryside. Private, quiet and beautiful surroundings. Very convenient to nearby Shipshewana with wonderful shopping and food. We were there to quilt and visit quilt stores and we were not disappointed!

Kay was very responsive. Set up very well. met a friend there before going to a Notre Dame game. It essentially was set up like a master bedroom on each side of the house. The living room was comfortable. Easy check-in, easy to get in the house, good recommendations for local restaurants.

Our stay was great, the host was very hospitable, friendly and communicated well. She made sure my baby boy and I had all that we needed and that it was a very clean, comfortable and safe environment.

Sharon’s place is just perfect! Very clean, peaceful area, lacked for nothing. You can’t go wrong here.
