Great place to stay will recommend to anyone excellent hospitality. The staff was wonderful great chef and housekeeper couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Daisy and her brother were very helpful. Communication was easy. Cute place to stay in SOV. This was our third time in Sosua and Cabarete and as always it was great.

The place was actually better than the pictures, it was quiet and private. Everything we needed was there and if I needed something or had a concern the host was available immediately. This was my 3rd time visiting and I had certain dislikes about the other places I stayed at but none here. My next visit will definitely be here if available (I hope it’s not occupied) but definitely highly recommended.. great choice and I’m happy I chose this house.

We absolutely loved this villa. It was fully equipped with everything we needed! Everything was clean and well organized. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and for us to book last minute it was a very speedy process. I would definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you Melissa for everything!

The house was in a location that was close enough to town but far enough so you felt peace and quite . The landscaping was beautiful and outside seating was comfy. Andy was very polite and easy to talk with, even though my Spanish is very limlted . I can tell the owner and caretaker are wanting to please and make sure you are happy . When we come back to that area we will not look for any other place to stay as we don't believe it would possible to find at nicer place at that fair price.

Casa Palmera is the perfect place to stay in Cabarete, a perfect choice. Everything was better than we expected, the house is beautiful and fully equipped to enjoy a vacation or rest. The recommendations he made to us were all perfect. Elsa as a host is the best thing that has happened to me. If she has a house in every part of the country, I would like her to be my host. If you want to enjoy Puerto Plata, Cabarete/Sosua is the perfect place.

My family and I, three generations, spend a lovely week at this wonderful villa. The villa was well represented by their photos, only it was more stunning in person. The view of the ocean, the amazing pool, kept us outside all day. Every one of us was so relaxed and we hardly left the place and this is with a 21 and 25 year old, who I would have thought had gotten antsy the second day. Not so. We would walk the beach, watch the horse back riders walk along the trails, sit and watch the crashing waves. It was gorgeous, relaxing and insanely enjoyable. We felt so safe there. We were pampered by Yalissa and Joaquin! Not one of our little wants went unmet. We had Jesus, the amazing chef, prepare us dinner every night. We could not think of a restaurant in all the Dominican Republic whose food would have been better. The presentation was beautiful and photo worthy. Frederick's was incredibly helpful before our trip, making the arrangements for our driver, Jose. Many thanks!

Encuentro in April is quiet. The yard is incredible, A+. The house is rustic and has all your basics. The break was never too crowded. Good vibe in the water. Locals and visitors were knowledgeable in the lineup making the session about surfing fun waves! Maria helped with the house everyday and she was a calming presence. We loved having her there. The groundskeepers were meticulous with the yard. And this yard is by far the best on the whole stretch of Encuentro. Our nightly guard was warm and friendly and attentive. He made our stay feel safe and better because of him. There is plenty of space for groceries. Stop at the grocery store in Sousa and enjoy your stay at the best location on the beach. Thank you for a great trip!

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! Perfectly located in Sosua, it’s close to everything ;the airport, supermarket, nightclubs, lounges, casino, and of course, the beach! Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy the nightlife, this place is in the heart of it all. Emilio, our driver, was hands-down the best in the world — friendly, reliable, and always there when we needed him. Huge shoutout to our amazing hosts Edwin and Raquel who truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. They coordinated everything for us — airport pick-up/drop-off, 24/7 driver service, a private boat rental, ATV adventure, nightclub VIP table, and even in-home massages.And let me tell you about Chef Kevin — wow! Every meal was a treat. He cooked a variety of authentic Latin dishes that had everyone going back for seconds (and thirds). The food was a major highlight and added such a personal, homey touch to the experience.We felt taken care of from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Unforgettable!

I have to start with saying that Ricardo's level of service is unmatched. His communication was thorough and very accommodating from the time we booked throughout the duration of our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to restaurants and bars in the area. The house was beautiful from top to bottom, and I especially appreciated the decorative towels that had the villa's logo on them as well as the large logo over the gazebo in the backyard. Small details like this make you feel as if you're in 5-star resort that you have all to yourself. The housekeeper Emma was amazing, as well as the driver Joshua that we were set up with. Another thing I was impressed with was how strong the wifi was throughout such a large house, including the outside areas. That is a rare thing as I have learned from previous trips to the Dominican Republic, and it is just another reason why I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. I definitely will be back

Village Sosua was perfect for our family. The space is really well utilized. It is perfect for children! And the place is extremely well kept and maintained. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a great vacation 😊

Jenny’s dinners (and breakfast) were delicious, fairly-priced & convenient! Plus, she accommodated the vegans in our group! Advice: bring cash as most places don’t take credit cards. This place was lovely & located right on the beach — super! $5 taxi ride to Cabarete downtown (restaurants, shops, bank/ATM). A/C units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms & fans everywhere. Jenny also a skilled masseuse!

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful space and very accommodating. My only complaint was the no locks on the bedroom doors which does restraint the privacy between guest and having no doors in the standup showers which again, deprived us from having our privacy and added more of a mess to our bathroom floors. Nonetheless; we enjoyed our stay and really loved the view overlooking the infinity pool.

This is now my second time staying in this location and personally my preferred. The host and staff are super friendly and the home felt like my 2nd home. The home had everything I needed. If I wanted to cook, it was ready. If I wanted to dine out, walking distance in a safe environment. Supermarket was a short distance with atms easy access. Since I rented a car, gas station was super close, as well as car wash and more. Loved how quiet it was to rest, internet was great as I did work in the morning. Cooked steak on the outdoor grill and sunbathed. The best part is watching the sunset at 645pm near the restaurant by the pool. Wow! This host is very organized and punctual to my needs. I plan to go back soon and this will always be my choice to stay.

Hands down the best airbnb i stayed at! Everything was super nice and clean exactly like the pictures, will definitely book again! Its well located, close to the city and the beach and a lot of things to do nearby! The host was really easy to reach too and super helpful!

Easy access place, gated private property, with frequent security. House with full air conditioning, spacious and comfortable rooms. Pool and and well-maintained green area.

if we can get the fresh water for the pool , it will make perfect. Also from the villa gate to the house is like 15 min walk and we no rental bike allowed. we either need to call taxi (500 pesos) or walk.

The villa is beautiful and conveniently located between Sosua and Cabarete both of which are easily reachable with car or Uber/Taxi. The villa has a lot of modern appliances which make living there a breeze. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and Christina was very helpful and always responsive. I can highly recommend staying at Christina's villa

I have to be honest , I felt like a little kid at a playground staying at this villa. Everyday was so much fun , i had a great time. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and checked on me daily. I give this villa an A+. Thanks

The Villa was magnificent with beautiful views. The backyard was private and full of life such as the pool and the outside stove and grill. And I can’t forget about the coconut trees( they tasted amazing). I would highly recommend this villa to my friends and family.
