Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Laguna del Condado

Loved my stay here, close to casinos, restaurants and the beach which makes everything hassle free and convenient. Whenever I come back to San Juan this will be the first place I look to book again.

Frances has a one of a kind, pristinely clean, comfortable and pleasant apartment. This is our second time staying and we are happy with the choice. The building itself is an excellent location for beach going and night life, and is not far from major locations of interest in the San Juan area. The apartment itself is immensely comfortable, the best feeling after a long day exploring Puerto Rico is coming back to this place. Important Note: the area surrounding the building is going through a great deal of construction - so you often hear trucks, jackhammers, saws, etc. during the early morning hours. For our stay, which included stops in Viejo San Juan, Humacao, Guavate and Manati Frances place was our relaxing, comfortable home away from home and would highly recommend.

Second time staying here this year. Great location. Comfy bed and quiet for sleeping at night. Pool is awesome too.

Nilda was an exceptional host. It was just my husband and I and the apartment was perfect for two guests. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us know some details regarding construction near by and conditions of the building. Very clear instructions and directions for check in and check out. Everything you would need but might forget when you’re on vacation is provided with this Airbnb. We arrived 5 hours prior to our check in time and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Also provided us with the option of checking out late to help accommodate with our departure, although we still left at check out time it was very thoughtful of her. I’d book her Airbnb again.

Great place clean, great location and host was responsive and friendly at all times. She made sure my stay was great for my birthday and I enjoyed the location close to everything. Ubers arrived with no problem to location and many restaurants in the area. Brenda was attentive to my necessities at all times and instructions were clear and easy. Home was clean and confortable. I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Condado, San Juan, and it was an absolute gem! Perfectly located, this place is a dream for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of San Juan while enjoying a comfortable, well-equipped home base. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cookware to utensils, making it easy to whip up meals when you’re not dining out. The beach essentials provided—towels, chairs, and even a cooler—were a huge plus, as the beach is just a short walk away. The apartment also has reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable. Condado is bustling with life, and you’re surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, from local gems serving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine to upscale dining

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

I loved staying here it’s convenient and around a lot of stuff Felix was so nice and responsive with responding and made sure we had a good stay! The cabana itself is so nice and was very clean I would definitely stay here again!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

Wonderful view from 2 comfy hammocks, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, plenty of cooking and eating utensils, lovely guard cat. A/C works great too.

Great attention to detail, lots of clothes hangers, two towels, great location, easy access. Free coffee kcups. Bed is very comfy. Lots of plates, glasses, etc. Place is inanely clean. To improve: AC is very noisy, could get a quieter one Small apartment has all you need

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Great stay. Place was as pictured. Very clean and spacious.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Yvana was an excellent host and the condo was perfect for our needs. We will be back soon.

We loved our stay at Gerardo and Carola’s place. The view is stunning, the amenities fit our needs, very clean. Great location in Condado. Very close to everything. We would definitely stay there again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.
