The place was everything I expected and more. Very cozy and with everything to enjoy a short or long stay. Quick access and with a lot to enjoy around.

Our experience with Desirée was excellent from the moment she met us at the entrance of the building until we completed our stay. Desirée is a fluent bilingual in English and Spanish, and in delightfully conversant regarding locales to visit in the area, including a host of culinary and cultural spots. The apartment is filled with light and there are two layers of curtains to use whenever the guest feels the need. The kitchen is very well equipped, including two coffee machines, a blender, electric kettle, etc., as are all the rooms. The washer and dry work superbly. The residence is home-like, with books and artifacts, and there are two smart TVs. Desirée is highly professional and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our stay and interacting with her immensely.

Our stay was great! The location had many restaurants near by and a short drive from historic downtown. However, it could be noisy at night from traffic below.

Amazing apartment in Barranco. Lots to do, walkable, many restaurants nearby and safe. The hosts were very accommodating to me by letting me check in early and checkout late due to a late night flight. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, lovely apartment with comfortable beds, great bathrooms, perfect size kitchen and the best balcony with a view of the ocean. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay with Carla! Extremely friendly and nice host in a really nice secure building. 24/7 staff, with a really nice rooftop pool area where you can have your morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. Perfectly situated between Barranco and Miraflores and a 10 minute walk to the Malecon. Large grocery store just 2 blocks away. Carla's home has everything you need for a long term stay. The office workspace was really nice and the WIFI was great for remote work. Perfect stay and an amazing host. We have been traveling for 3 years now and this experience ranks right at the top. Nice place to escape a few days with your partner, 5 minutes from the beach walking , terrace with sea view and beautiful decor , recommended if you like the rustic style.

We were 2 families with children, we had a spectacular time. The condominium is very family friendly with activities for the kids; the relaxing beach; the very tasty restaurant and the A1 house. Miguel Ángel was very attentive at all times, the house had everything you needed, in addition to being very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for all the attention 🤍

Excellent space, very private, with all the amenities. The space is just right and necessary to disconnect. Very quiet area. The host was very attentive and friendly at all times. I'd go back.

The house is very well equipped, Jenny responds quickly. If you go with children you have the pool in the house and the pool in the condominium. For the beaches like us, you can choose several playitas by walking along the seawall and if you like to exercise the hike from the house to the beach is perfect for getting around. Recommended !

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.
