Close to cozy restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafés, pharmacy, cinema and liquor store. We have an allergy-friendly dog in the house. The kitchen has a stove but no oven. Microwave available, as well as coffee maker and kettle. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Bathroom with bathtub. Incl. Wi-Fi, TV with Apple TV. Pet-free and smoke-free. Fresh apartment in central Laholm. Proximity to shops, gym, city park and city center. Distance 450 meters to Lagan where you can fish with a fishing license. 400 meters to grocery store 950 meters to the city center 1.5 km to Glänningesjö where there are docks and diving towers. 6 km to Mellbystrand where there is a shopping center and Sweden's longest sandy beach. Easy to take public transport here. Grönkulla stop about 250 meters. Private entrance on the second floor (stairs) with a small wooden deck with dining table and chairs right outside the door.

The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in the corner of the property. You have access to your own patio and small grass patch. The apartment consists of a hall, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a well thought-out floor plan with high ceilings, an old-fashioned pantry and a large wardrobe, which has been renovated with durable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified bedding. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.
