The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to a private patio with barbecue grill (including charcoal), two "brasse chairs," parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for rent at no extra cost.

En mysig sommarpärla med nära till både strand, skog och restauranger. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen utan hiss. Avstånd till stranden är 500m och till skogen är det 750m. Restaurangerna ligger runt hörnet. Här finns det sängplats för 6 personer. En dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa och en våningssäng. Solig balkong i söderläge. Tvättmöjlighet finns i separat utrymme. Busshållplats finns på gatan utanför boendet. Med den kan man ta sig till Båstad och Laholm.

Coast Guard farm by the sea

Charming Coast Guard cottage, built in 1909, in Southern Mellbystrand. Renovated in 2021. On the property, which is 7500 sqm there are several houses, our family uses 2 of them. To this charming house there is a courtyard with outdoor furniture. A small path leads down to the fantastic beach. Below the house is a newly built house that partly obscures the sea view but the proximity to the sea and the nice neighborhood we hope to weigh this up.

Holiday cottages in the Riviera area with only 5 minutes walk you can reach the beach and cozy Riviera Hotel, where there is a restaurant, lounge and bar. It takes about 10 minutes by bike into Båstad harbor. There are glassed-in patio as well as cozy places to sit in the large garden that belongs to. Private parking is available. Bedlinen and towels are brought by tenants

Own apartment by the sea!

Spacious apartment in residential building. Two bedrooms as well as foldable couches in the living room. En-suite bathroom with Shower and kitchen for easier cooking. Good connections to both Halmstad and Laholm, and only 300 m to the sea. Please note that bed linen and towels are not not not included, however, can be provided for a fee of SEK 50/person.
