Most things are available to make your stay comfortable, microwave, two large TVs, several patios and balcony with sea view. Key cabinet with code lock. Pet-free and smoke-free accommodation. There is an open floor plan both upstairs and downstairs. Spiral staircase to the second floor. There are three parts of the house without separation. The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to a private patio with barbecue grill (including charcoal), two "brasse chairs," parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for rent at no extra cost.

Coastguard farm by the sea

Charming coastguard cottage, built in 1909, in southern Mellbystrand. Renovated in 2021. On the plot, which is 7500 sqm, there are several houses, our family uses 2 of them. This charming house has a courtyard with outdoor furniture. A small path leads down to the fantastic beach. Below the house is a newly-built house that partially obscures the sea view, but the proximity to the sea and the pleasant neighborhood, we hope, outweigh this.

Trots att stugan ligger enskilt är det nära till restaurang, mataffär och rekreationsområde. Stugan har en egen toalett och även en enklare kallvattendusch med toalett ligger 75 meter från stugan.
