The Haven

The Haven is a lovely place to stay, comfortable and there was all of the little thing you forgot to bring with you. Having a close nice place to stay while we attended a Family reunion was icing on the cake.

Private Suite in small rural town

Scotland SD was a neat small town. We enjoyed our quick stay at this vintage man cave style apartment. Jeremy was very kind and helpful. Bonus: if you’re into good music then check out his band.

Don & Dee's

BrydonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A clean, quiet stop just off the interstate. If you’re looking for a simple, safe, and clean place to rest—this old farmhouse delivers. It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what we needed for a short overnight stay. Rochelle was a fantastic host—proactive, responsive, and flexible when we asked to arrive early. She went out of her way to make sure we were settled and comfortable, and her hospitality made a big difference. Parents, take note: the farmhouse has thin curtains and older doors that squeak and stick a bit, but we managed just fine with two light sleepers. The home uses window AC units, and closing the front bedroom doors tended to make the rooms a bit warmer—but it was manageable. There’s plenty of space though, and we’d gladly stay again when passing through.
