Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lake Ariel

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Adriana is a great host. First and foremost she wanted to make sure we were settled comfortably! The place is beautiful. It is playfully appointed with signage and artwork. It’s close to everything. We were particularly interested in hiking so we went to Promised Land State Park which had plenty of trails with beautiful views. Excellent bakery near by as well as an authentic Polish restaurant which we enjoyed. I would recommend this little abode of love to anyone.

House was amazing and had a lot of outdoor space to have a good time

Wow what a wonderful place! My son and I had an awesome stay at the Dragon House and would definitely stay there again. Tatyana was responsive host that made for a great overall experience.

Amazing time! House was perfect for us! Deer came right into the yard! Perfect location! It was close to everything we wanted to do!

This home is exactly like the pictures. It’s warm and inviting and you can tell how much time Natalie has put into this property. There were so many thoughtful details like leaving supplies for s’more’s and a welcome note, down to the labeling of all light fixtures. She provides robes, towels (including separate hot tub towels), laundry detergent, and an adorable coffee corner with popular syrup flavors to add in. She really took the time to make sure the stay was easy and comfortable. I truly loved my stay and can’t wait to return!

Place was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room and Plenty of space for us to relax. Edwin was very responsive which made our trip go by so smoothly!

What a great stay for my bachelorette party!! Even though it rained all weekend this house was still endlessly entertaining with everything in the basement and the pool and hot tub - Irene’s was the perfect getaway!!! Irene was also very kind and responded in a very timely manner, making the stay easy as well as fun!

Our group had an amazing time here. Kevin was very responsive and helpful and had great recommendations for hiking and kayaking. It is a beautiful home with plenty of amenities and things to do.

We would return without a second thought. Before we arrived, the host was very quick to respond to our questions. Friendly communication from deposit to check out. 4 couples celebrating milestone birthdays. The house was very clean and easy to access. The first things we noticed were the updates to the house. The dining table was large and comfortable for 8 adults. The living room had a large sectional sofa perfect for gathering. Each bedroom had also been updated. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and nice linens. We were impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the game room and movie theater! 6 large recliners and comfy floor seating made us feel like we had a night out, without going out. The backyard had a large fire ring and new chairs, but we did not take advantage of them. We did use the large propane grill and hot tub, both were in excellent condition. The kitchen was well appointed and the large fridge was great as we ate in for all meals.

Henry’s home was a great experience. The inside is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There are lots of games to play and tvs in most rooms to watch your favorite show. The pool was a little small but still very fun and the hot tub was great. The sauna was very steamy and enjoyable.

My group of 12 has an amazing weekend here. The house was clean, was easy to find and the host rads is very quick to respond and helpful. The hot tub was great and there were many great hikes within ten minutes from the house. We had a great time!

Although it was a short stay, our group fully enjoyed this lovely home! Craig was very responsive all throughout our stay and helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely look forward to coming back hopefully in the winter time.

It was so beautiful place, me and my family had ever been. House was supper cleaned, there were all needed things for adults and kids. We all have very good time. Host Andy was very communicative and friendly. We felt we were in our family❤️🥰 we hope if we have a chance will came back here again!

What a beautiful house AND location. We didn't see another person the whole time we were there. the house and grounds were immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. the hot tub looked inviting but the weather prevented us from using it and unfortunately they had no control over the rain. The local area has so many things to do it was tough deciding but we managed. great antiqueing, if you're into that. I would highly recommend a stay at Cozy Creek Cabin. It's exactly the kind of place I'm looking for in the Poconos. Thanks Jen and Rob

Great location. Very relaxing and peaceful. The house is adorable. The owner was very helpful and gave recommendations of local things to do. My fiancé and I stayed for two nights. We went to two of the restaurants that were recommended and we also went on a hike, we hiked 5 miles and it was a great day. The hot tub was super relaxing and we even made a fire at the fire pit. We can’t wait to go back.

There was a bump in the road on my way to Emily’s place, but being open and honest her, she has the most kindest and beautiful and understanding heart

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect place to do our 'digital detox' in a lovely cabin with plenty to do (ping pong, fire pit, hot tub and canoeing), and it was well situated to do short drives to hikes, the organic market, horseback riding and more. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable reading, playing board games, cooking and relaxing there. (The bedding was comfortable, too!) The hosts were friendly and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here as a big family gathering to celebrate my father’s birthday and it was such an enjoyable getaway we did not want to leave. We had 6 adults and did not feel cramped at all. The area is so serene and gorgeous and the creek in the back is truly magical. The house had everything you could need, including all cooking items and even phone/Apple Watch chargers. Doreen was incredibly responsive and we never really worried about anything. It was such a beautiful cabin and area. I hope to visit again soon!

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.
