Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The apartment has a lovely balcony with a view, and from which the sun can be enjoyed from about 12 noon and the rest of the day. More shopping and restaurants about 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. If you are visiting Copenhagen, it only takes about 20 minutes by train.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
