This is Apt 4 of a 5 unit Apt building that has been converted into 5 airbnbs. Each unit is 2 bdrm 1 bath. It includes full kitchen, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and a smart TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Towels, bedding, etc.. are included. You dont need to bring anything. Free Wifi comes with each unit. There are no shared spaces between units.

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
