Enjoy your lake vacation at the newly constructed home minutes from the water. Corner lot in a peaceful neighborhood. Full size Samsung washer/dryer. This lot is perfect for boaters or just to kick back. Common area features a large open concept with full size kitchen, gas fireplace. Gas/combo grill, covered front porch. 2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay on holiday's. Lake Front Home with Dock & Ramp

New Reno!!! Bring the whole family to this great place w/ lots of room! Unfortunately this is not a party house! Includes Private Boat Dock and Slip. Plenty of amenities featuring a hot tub with main lake views. There are also large deck areas with breathtaking main channel views. Although furnished with families in mind the house is also great for a couples trip or a group of friends wanting to get away. The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks.
