Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

La Finestra Sul Mare

Located in one of the most beautiful streets of Civitavecchia, a quiet, sunny and bright residential area. At night you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Located 500 meters from the first bathing establishments and the famous Lungomare promenade which in summer comes alive with fish restaurants, night clubs and fruit kiosks. Less than a kilometer away is via del Corso, known for shopping, the historic center and the Ghetto where you can eat in typical local restaurants.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works.
