Chalet Altea View is an exclusive panoramic chalet in Poira di Mello, surrounded by the silence of nature with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Warm and refined rooms in an alpine style, with 2 double bedrooms with a panoramic view, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Equipped with a pellet stove, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside, there is a private garden with deck chairs and a barbecue for moments of pure relaxation amidst nature and tranquility.

La Baita on Lake Como

La Baita sul Lago is located in the ancient mountain village of Trobbio at an altitude of 950 meters with an incredible view of Lake Como. There is everything you need to spend wonderful days relaxing, immersed in nature and its rhythms. The lake is a 20–25-minute drive away, as is the supermarket. La Baita can only be reached on foot in 3 minutes from the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: In the colder months, the cabin is heated only with a wood-burning stove; there is no other heating method.

A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

We offer you a wonderful wooden and stone cabin of 70 square meters arranged on two levels with a warm and comfortable atmosphere and at the same time modern and technological, accessible from a steep road of 50 meters downhill and walkable only on foot. The Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys an amazing view of Lake Como, which is 15 minutes away by car.
