Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Reachable in about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio Superiore (650 meters on foot, elevation gain (from the parking lot) about 200 meters). Free parking at the foot of the slope. The house is located near Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to go down the slope to reach them). Some interesting excursions start from the cabin. SPA availability (May-September).

Possibility of walks in the countryside on foot or by bicycle, proximity to farms, proximity to spas, restaurants and pizzerias. Run by a farm, upon your arrival you will find a welcome basket with their products. The last stretch of road to reach the accommodation is unpaved.

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

Il trasporto dei bagagli in jeep è incluso nel prezzo e viene offerto fino a un massimo di 2/3 persone. Little Gem gode di una splendida vista sul Lago di Como, ideale per amanti della trekking, relax, pace.
