Older refrigerator. Hot plate, no stove. Coffee pot, dishes, apartment size washer dryer. I have some clothing and food products there, I stay as well for work. Rent to established Airbnb accounts. Reasonable costing. NOT MODERN. Old furnishings. If you want new shiny this is not it. 😇
