Beautiful and relaxing! We truly enjoyed our stay - everything was wonderful and sitting on the deck with the gorgeous view of the water was the best!

We had an amazing experience during a long weekend at this lake-front cabin just on the edge of Olympic National Park. The property is literally on the lake. There are hiking trails in the immediate area & the location is less than an hour from both the pacific coast & Hurricane Ridge scenic drive. The property is beautifully renovated & spacious. The lake-front & surrounding views are remarkable. As the listing states, the 3 sets of stairs are steep walk down to the cabin, but overall, we loved staying here!

Charlie's place is exactly what you would book if you want a staycation. The view is unmatched. Loved the sunset from the living room. the hosts were very responsive and made our stay really wonderful.

AvantStay was the most engaged, proactive and communicative vacation rental company we can recall in all our years on Airbnb. Very friendly and welcoming! Many nice touches like having several bbq propane tanks and towels nicely laid out in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has peaceful and beautiful surroundings... especially nice is the 180 degree view when cooking at the island in the kitchen! The kitchen has a lot of space and is great for cooking most anything as it has a lot of equipment, utensils, etc to do whatever you need. The house was extremely clean, tidy and in working order. Wonderful location mid-island, just 10 minutes away from Coupville and around 30 minutes most anywhere on Whidbey Island. Was a great weekend getaway, thank you!

Wonderful location with outstanding view! Home was as advertised, clean, and functional that played nicely to the outstanding view. Outside could use some TLC (e.g. weeds, state of patio furniture, etc.)

The place was wonderful. There was a beach we walked on and I was there for work. It was everything I hoped for. I intend to stay again.

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 to explore ONP. The house was clean, very comfortable, and the view was amazing. While it was too cold to enjoy the lake, we certainly enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this home. The big open windows bring in so much natural light, face the water and we caught a beautiful sunset as well. The hot tub was a great bonus. Lindsay was a very responsive host.

Great house. Was very nice to stay in a home instead of a small hotel. Had family dinners at the end of a long fishing day. Great experience.

Ashley's place is gem for families! There are things to do inside and outside! Although it was raining during our stay and we couldn't use the amenities outside (lake access etc), the inside of the home offered entertainment options, especially for the kids.

Such a great place! I could easily stay in the upstairs bedroom with the view all day! Lots of natural light. Very clean!!! Loved it! Will be booking again when our other child graduates!

Suzan’s place was fantastic for us, we really enjoyed the lagoon and walking to the beach. Perfectly pet and kid-friendly, spacious and well-stocked, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Can’t wait to come back to the island and stay again. Highly recommend for families with kids and dogs.

Our family enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was completely stocked and had everything we needed to cook (except food). However, they did leave us a pizza in the refrigerator! A wonderful place to get away and enjoy the beautiful house and surroundings! We will check this place out again the next time we come to the island! Thank you for your hospitality!

This lovely house was in a perfect location! Just a few minutes from town, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet serenity of the area. We could even see the mountains peaking through the trees from the front porch. The house was extremely well appointed and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home!

Fair warning: the description for this house is inaccurate. It in no way fully captures the magic of this space, the delight and peace and relaxation that radiate off the water and permeate ever inch of space in this beautiful home. From the moment you pull up, and find the house tucked away against the sea cliff, you know you’re somewhere special and magical. The giant fully fenced yard was paradise for our pups. The two amazing, expansive decks made the outside part of the living space. And the floor to ceiling windows across the entire face of the expansive home were pure delight. We were so grateful to spend our Thanksgiving holiday in this home. I spent an entire day tucked in the window nook reading and watching the birds and seals play, in awe at our good fortune to enjoy this beautiful home. Yes, we saw the promised hummingbirds and bald eagles and deer!! But just know, the listing doesn’t even begin to convey how special this place really is! ;) We can’t wait to go back!!!

Nice and clean house sitting in a gorgeous lake side surrounded by mountains and trees.

Amazing place to stay overlooking Salish Sea. Spent hours looking for seals and whales in the sea. Inside is modern, clean and had everything we needed! Host was incredibly responsive and helped out with all our requests. Thanks Christine!

It’s not easy to please my parents with Airbnbs, but they were both overjoyed with this place! It’s so clean, comfortable, and close to all the fun ONP has to offer. We will be back - only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. That view and mountain air from the hot tub cannot be beat.

Stayed here for a girls’ getaway and it was PERFECT! The house is bit creaky and maybe not the best for small children, but for us it was fantastic. Hopped the ferry to Port Townsend one day and walked all around Fort Casey the next. Kitchen is stocked and living space is comfortable!

A beautiful retreat that makes you feel like you’re in your own world. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake right from the couch or deck. We had quiet morning out on the deck with ducks and bald eagles fishing right in front of us. Hard to beat this place.

This cabin was just what I had hoped for a relaxing getaway. Although not new construction, it had an old house charm with updated features. It definitely felt like it has been well loved and lived in, but still clean and well kept. It did have everything we could have needed for our trip. Our kids enjoyed playing games and ping pong in the basement, as well as exploring the gardens and beach. The beach at low tide was a spectacular treasure hunt to see all sorts of sea creatures, shells, animals and birds. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner every night. The views from the living room and deck were incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet, I could have enjoyed that spot forever.

Our stay at the lake house was very enjoyable. The house is well appointed and everything is clearly labeled to minimize any confusion. The views are beautiful and all the toys and tools you need to enjoy the lake are kindly provided. Price was fair compared to other options on Lake Sutherland with the same amenities. We didn’t want to leave!
