Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Elsinore

This was our second stay, and we loved it just as much, as the first time. Great hot tub, beautiful deck, top of the line barbecue, and the fire pit was great to sit around on cool evenings. We loved the fireplace too! This will always be our Big Bear getaway, it has everything to make our vacation wonderful.

Scott’s place was perfect for our group of 7 for the weekend! The place was clean, well put together and had plenty of amenities. There happened to be a scheduled power outage one of the days we were there, but Scott was straightforward about it before the weekend and had great communication throughout it all. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Jill’s Wander Wild cabin was everything we were hoping for and more. It was fully stocked, and quiet and only minutes from town. The hot tub was wonderful, the bed was comfy and we absolutely loved listening to nature on the deck and drinking coffee in the mornings. We did a puzzle, listened to some music and just enjoyed the surroundings while we fell in love with the town. We will certainly be back if she’ll have us!

Fantastic getaway in the mountains, next to a babbling brook, with everything you could want. Just a quick trip down to the village but far enough away that it was super quiet. I'd been dreaming of an A frame with giant windows and a patio overlooking the trees and this was exactly it. That, plus the bonus of a cozy place to watch movies and hang out inside. It was my first trip to Idyllwild and I hope to come back again to stay here.

My husband and 2 children loved our stay at Kirstan's cabin! The cabin was comfortable and beautifully designed. There were many fun games both inside and outside the cabin. The outdoor space was huge and fun to explore. The cabin was clean and everything waa easy to find. Kirstan was a very responsive and friendly host. We would love to stay at Kirstan's cabin again on a future visit to Big Bear!

I had a very pleasant stay at Adam’s place. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great home away from home. Adam was responsive, respectful, and accommodating; he even allowed an early check-in, which I appreciated. The communication was clear throughout, and any concerns were handled with professionalism and understanding. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. Our stay was perfect! The place had everything we needed—plenty of towels, comfy beds, and all the essentials. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

We had a great time here. The views are even more stunning in person and if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet time foraway from the city then this is the perfect place. We loved the modern check-in and check-out process.

Our family loved staying in the little A Frame! Lots of homey touches & natural decor that was practical and yet beautiful. The town is walkable from the home. Very peaceful location! Host is very responsive. (People with mobility issues would have a hard time with the stairs).

Beautiful cabin, we felt right at home. Hosts were so amazing and had great recommendations. We had our morning coffee on the patio and saw deer pass by as we watched the sunset. This is our 3rd or 4th time here- we just love this Airbnb, truly our favorite! Our doodles have such a big enclosed yard to play- with trees and lots of wildlife all around us. And the prefect view of the Tahquitz rock too! I don’t even look for other Airbnbs anymore in Idyllwild- I just message Ariya and book☺️. The home is always clean with everything we need for cooking and relaxing. I always appreciate the assorted teas from their store as well. This time, we made sure we took advantage of the hot tub after a hike and a run. The bathrobes are always appreciated and even helpful when it got a little chilly at night. Ernie Maxwell trail is just over a mile from the house and my big dog and I hiked/ran there twice- such a beautiful place to take your dog(s). Ariya and Marc are such perfect hosts- always communicating and ensuring we are enjoying our stay. I also appreciated it when Ariya messaged me that I could check in early. Thanks again Ariya! My husband and I with our dog, Lulu, spent a relaxing long weekend at Sarah’s place! The large living room window was the center piece to the house, and the second story deck was such a peaceful spot to eat meals, read, and listen to the birds. Lulu also gives the deck a 5 star rating for bird and squirrel watching!

The cabin was exactly as described. Justin was very communicative. It rained non-stop one of the days we were there but we still enjoyed having the curtains and blinds open watching little birds come on occasion also the surrounding views were beautiful. They have board games, coloring and painting materials. We enjoyed our stay there it provided everything we needed and again very cute and cozy cabin.

This was hands down our best Airbnb experience—the house had everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful extras like unlimited coffee capsules and dishwasher pods. Everything was spotlessly clean, the appliances were brand-new, and the soundproofing made for peaceful nights. Daniel’s hospitality was exceptional—he even provided a mid-stay cleaning and was always quick to respond. It’s clear he puts real care into hosting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better 10-day getaway at Arrow Lake. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay for a quiet getaway. The cabin was super clean and the views were unmatched. I will say the driveway and stairs inside the cabin were a bit scary but that was all disclosed prior so we knew what to expect. Just beware that both are quite steep. The host was quick to respond for any questions and the check in/out process was super smooth. Would highly recommend this place to stay in Big Bear.

I recently stayed at this charming A-frame Airbnb in Idyllwild from May 19 to May 21, and it exceeded all expectations! The drive was scenic and only two hours from San Diego. The cleanliness of the home impressed me—huge thanks to the housekeeper! The cozy decor, warm wood furnishings, and comfortable bedding made it feel like a true retreat. We loved the stunning views from the main bedroom and the front porch, perfect for morning coffee. The temperature was ideal at around 75 degrees. Security was a plus too; the heavy doors made us feel safe in this peaceful, woodsy area. We appreciated the hiking pass provided, allowing easy access to local trails. Every detail contributed to a memorable stay! I highly recommend this A-frame to anyone looking for a unique experience in Idyllwild. I can’t wait to return!
