The perfect house has everything you need and more, it is comfortable, spacious, in a good location and very safe. Super friendly hosts who take care of everything. I recommend it 1000% because it is ideal for families and small children as it has an incredible and safe patio for them. Also super clean and hygienic.

Our stay at the cabin was amazing. The setting is beautiful and very quiet, surrounded by forest, ideal for relaxing. The cabin is comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped for six people. In addition, the hospitality of Carolina and her brother was excellent, always attentive and very helpful. A charming detail was the dogs, which both my wife and my children became fond of and made the experience even more special. Totally recommended and we would definitely go back!

This little cabin is much cuter than the pictures! Charming, cozy, surrounded by nature. Owners have been incredibly efficient and responsive. I made my reservation 30 minutes before I got there and everything was already ready, the fire crackling in the fireplace!

I went with my family to Felipe's accommodation and our experience was more than incredible, the house has a very nice and spacious green space which was immensely enjoyed by our puppy, the tub was super nice and with a beautiful view, we were also able to enjoy some beautiful kayak rides through the pichilaguna. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back. Felipe was a great host and was always available to help us with everything.

The house is spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the houses are distanced from each other. It has kitchen utensils. It is away from downtown so a means of mobility is required. We struggled to arrive the first time because we didn't know the area, we would have liked to have more precise instructions. Adriana was kindly responsive to my inquiries. The perfect place to unwind and rest. Being far from downtown I recommend going with the shopping done.

Excellent reception, stay, full service. Leonardo was waiting for us with the warm cabin (it was so cold outside), with breads, country eggs, queques, and everything to enjoy a rich breakfast. Excellent attention in every aspect. We will definitely come back in the future :)

We absolutely loved our stay, there is a restaurant next door that we thought would make it feel less private but we didn’t see or hear them at all during our stay. The kitchen, bathrooms and living are is huge but decorated perfectly so you feel cozy and at home, bonus to have a fireplace. There is a minimart less than five minutes walk away where you can get everything you need (sourdough, meats, oil, fruit etc) and a nice short walk to the beach too. Juan was a perfect host too making sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for families, couples, or a a peaceful space to write your novel! Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway

Everything is simply spectacular. The house is in a magical setting, ideal for disconnecting from everything. The internet works great. Beautifully designed and decorated to enjoy as a family, friends or even if someone has to work. Very comfortable mattresses and fully equipped in every aspect. Very well located to go to all the natural attractions in the area and avoid the traffic of Puerto Varas. Super beautiful view of the volcanoes, sunset and stars at night. A relaxing tub to watch the sunset, volcano and stars. Juan Pablo was super attentive to everything, very kind and responded very quickly to any concerns. And Don Alfredo, the father who welcomed us there, was so sweet. We've rarely been welcomed and seen off so well, and so kindly and affectionately. We had a great and unbeatable stay. If you go, you won't regret it and you won't want to leave.

We were at Nicole's house for two days and nights. The house was what we needed to rest and get away from the mundane noise of the city. The house is comfortable, quiet, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. During the days we were there, a storm passed, but the heat of the fireplace kept us comfortable and at a very pleasant temperature. If we go back to Frutillar, we'd love to stay there again.

This place was perfect. There were 6 of us. My four kids all loved it and they age from 4-18. The property is on a huge parcel of land where you can walk around and explore. The house itself is a museum of treasures. It is decorated with original pieces from early 1900s. Each room and wall had something amazing to look at. Claudia made us breakfast each morning. We would love to go back and spend more time. We even had our own guard dogs who sat out front of the house all night and would go on walks with us. Really an amazing place hopefully we can visit again.

The house is very nice, comfortable, cozy and well equipped. We arrived on the recommendation of a few friends and would also recommend it. Balconia a beautiful park, super florido and overlooking the lake and the volcano. The area is quiet, 10 minutes away from Puerto Varas. Cristóbal was always attentive and his responses were immediate. It was a beautiful experience.

Wonderful stay!! Everything was perfect! Alejandra and her family were very concerned and attentive to making us comfortable and happy. We really felt right at home! The house is very cozy and far from noise. We really rested! We would definitely come back! Alejandra gave us great information about places to visit and we all loved it!
