Holiday rentals with a balcony in Lake Maggiore

We felt very comfortable! Everything you need, very clean and generally a nice apartment. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. There is a playground directly on the other side of the street, which is ideal for us personally. The host is always present in the bar downstairs - by the way, it was always nice and quiet at night We will be happy to come back!

Overall, the place was great. I was in town for a conference at the Lugano conference center and the location was very convenient for walking. The view of the lake from the place was beautiful. It was on a fairly busy street and I expected it to be loud at night but it was very quiet. There was air conditioning but the warmest rooms in the place were the bedrooms which made sleeping a bit hot even with it on max cool. There is a washer in unit but must hang clothes to dry. Not an issue but need to know for timing. There was a grocery store right out the door which was convenient but closed earlier than we thought. Very good breakfast place right by the grocery store. Parking was very convenient. Check in assistant was friendly and very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again.

the accommodation, located in the middle of Mergozzo, is highly recommended. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Also suitable for cooking yourself. If you don't like bells sounds, you may be too close to the church. However, peace is from 10 p.m. -7 a.m., however, peace is provided. i will come back and recommend the place.

Me , my husband and our 3 year old had 4 nights in this lovely home, it was the perfect stay all very clean and tidy our host was so lovely and it was really easy from start to finish! The kitchen is so cute and the shower is amazing very clean and super comfortable stay! 2 minute walk and your at the lake amazing views and the little town is so gorgeous lots of friendly locals & delicious coffee and treats right on your doorstep! We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment. It has everything to offer for cooking inside. Everything was very clean. Location is great, very close to restaurants and to the lake. Parking was available very close to the apartment. We really enjoyed our time here!

This apartment was really nice in many ways. Great location and view from the balcony, the pizzeria just beside had the best pizza we had in all our vacation in Italy this summer. The apartment was clean and really cozy! If we are going back to lake Como we are for sure renting this again🙏🏽😀

We found everything as described. The apartment is spacious and you will find everything you need and have a beautiful view from the large bedroom, balcony and terrace! You are quickly down at the lake, but there is no access to swimming and the ascent back to the apartment is very steep and takes a little longer than the descent ;-). The administration for the check-in was a bit cumbersome and we were worried that we would have to go to another village first to pick up the key. However, this concern was unfounded: there is a key safe and a very good description of how to get into the apartment and what else to do for a safe and comfortable stay.

Wendy is the most incredible woman and host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was the accommodation 10/10 and absolutely prestigious, her hospitality was outstanding. From the most beautiful breakfast in the mornings to all the insight and knowledge of the lake, she made this holiday unforgettable. The room has a view which is magnificent and all the decor and features makes you feel like you are having an authentic Italian Como experience. We were there for only 3 days which was too short in my opinion, but we have already started planning for our return. Thank you Wendy for making our holiday something we shall never forget.

This is a great place to explore the Alps. Location is perfect. Close to amenities of Domodossola but within a small hamlet. Yes - you need to be fit to stay here, as there is a steep walk to the accommodation. The home has so many places to sit and breathe in the beauty of the place.

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, this is the place to be. The view over the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

Very spacious house with great views! Everything was very neatly cleaned! Large terrace and parking for three cars. Good contact with the friendly key holder. From Gravedona, it is a little fifteen minutes uphill via narrow roads with hairpin bends. In the immediate surroundings you can take beautiful walks. Highly recommended as a holiday accommodation!

Super nice and clean holiday home with large garden. From the balcony of the upper room you have a wonderful view of the Comer See. Kitchen is equipped with just everything you need. You should bring something like soap or dishwasher tabs yourself. The location is very quiet, but some serpentines away from the lake or center of the individual places. Accordingly, the nearest shopping facilities are also about 15-20 min away. Here you are dependent on the car. Adelia is a super nice hostess, and responds very quickly if you need anything. If you can speak Italian, this is an advantage :)

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

If you are looking for a great room right in a perfect location, Helena’s place is for you. Her apartment is in perfect walking distance to all of Milan’s major attractions, is a short walk to the subway station and only a few stops from the main train station, and most importantly is in a great and lively neighborhood packed with friendly people. It’s so close to sempione park I did my morning run through there, and it was only a brief walk to the duomo, and all of the main museums. Helena is amazing, she is friendly and super helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and all of the kindness of an Italian mother. You get your own space, with its own bathroom and privacy, and Helena makes you feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be coming back to Milan to see her again.

We were pleased to be in this apartment. Most importantly, it was very clean. We were with a child, so it was very important for us. Location - a little far from the subway In general, everything was good. There were all the necessary utensils 👍🏻

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!
