A nice place to relax from everyday life. Very quiet and peaceful place by the lake. We really enjoyed the nature and wildlife. The house has everything you need, is clean and has a nice interior. I would like to come back in the future

We had a great weekend at this property. Everything was well stocked and clean. Lots of towels, extra blankets, and an extremely well stocked kitchen. Very beautiful property with lots of places to sit and hang out. Only issues we had were the floors were so creaky that they would wake people up. The bedrooms also have no blinds so I highly recommend bringing an eye mask.

Little retreat reminds us of the importance of a place like this. To reappreciate what the wild has to share, not only the physical gifts, but the power to recharge the mind and ground the soul. Lovely spot to be integtated once again with the environment from which we all came!

Area was beautiful and secluded. Would recommend getting groceries on the way because the stores are far. It’s a bit of a walk to the lake and there’s no parking there. The property is very nice and the hot tub and lake are amazing! Some of the cleaning could’ve been better but the host was responsive and made sure to pass that on to the cleaning crew. The host was helpful and responsive. Make sure to drink from the water cooler because the tap water smells like gas.

Nora’s Place was a great place to stay. You are right downtown in this pleasant little town. There is so much downtown for a small town - coffee shop, pubs and some boutique shops. You even have a large, private patio. The apartment itself was so neat being in a historic building with the original woodwork. It is decorated and furnished in such a good way. Everything was clean, comfortable and appealing.

Sasha's cabin was so peaceful and relaxing — exactly what we were looking for. We were surprised with a delightful welcome: fresh flowers and other little touches to make us feel right at home. A marvelous get-away spot on Lake Winnipeg!

Only a block or two from our favorite crepe place and a stone's throw from downtown, the location was important to us for this trip. Lyudmyla was proactive in her communication and super friendly. Some of the roads in the area are really confusing if you aren't familiar, and google maps took me to the wrong place. Avoid the back alleys as much as possible (in the area, not at the building) because they are awful) Once i found it, I was able to get inside easily. The apartment was a bit on the small side but livable. There was a bit of an odour when first walking in, but a couple of steps past that it was gone and we didn't notice it after that. We liked how the place was decorated but concluded that a holder for the toilet paper and a hand towel rack would be a good addition. AC was a lifesaver, as I can imagine the apartment gets pretty toasty in the summer up on the third floor.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Bunkhouse. Lynn and Davis were very responsive and were kind enough to bring toys over for my children to play with. We loved the yard and the outdoor activities (frisbee and croquet). The house was perfect for my family and my kiddos enjoyed watching the chickens. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was a dryer in the house as it was not listed on the amenities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this place again if we were in the area and would recommend it.

I booked this home for my family from northern MB as they were being evacuated and couldn’t get good reception to do themselves. From the beginning of my booking to the end of the stay, the hosts were so kind and helpful. They even provided a significant discount for the weekend extension we made. These are rhetorical kinds of people whose business we want to make sure to support because they use their business to help support others in times of crisis. The home was as beautiful as it looks in the photos and my family said their stay was a quiet and relaxing reprieve from the evacuation stress they were under.

I have no words for this bnb as well as Sareli! The place itself is so beautiful. Waking up and going to the dock for sunrise to late night hot tub and sauna. The place is so spacious. It fit the 14 of us so comfortably with no issues. The amenities alone need an applause! And then there's Sareli, who was so great with communicating and accommodating our stay. One of the most gracious hosts. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, and everything was well-organized. It made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. A happy day indeed—thank you for the warm hospitality!

Amazing venue for our low-key bachelor party weekend. We loved the sauna and hot tub. We left the smaller tub cold and it felt like we had our own private thermal spa for the weekend. The house and loft together comfortably accommodated 12 people in 12 beds. Both spaces have all amenities and would make a nice stay on their own. The location is private and quiet, and we loved watching the family of bald eagles coming and going from the nest beside the river. This listing has an extremely detailed manual and lots of rules, but I found the host to be very responsive, helpful, and easygoing. I reached out to the host prior to booking to confirm that our "party weekend" plans aligned with the rules and was very happy with the level of communication. As mentioned in the manual - respectful guests have nothing to worry about! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large venue for a relaxing stay with spa-like amenities.
