The cottage is fully equipped with a kitchenette, including fridge, countertop convection oven and microwave. The stove does not work. Dishes, pots and pans as well as utensils. We stock the cottage with basic towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and kitchen towels. Barbeque and picnic table for eating by the water. My mom, sister and I rented Ashley & Shane’s beautiful Air B & B, We had a wedding in Picton to attend and this was a great location for us. The place has everything you need, and a cozy, rustic, super clean, environment, it felt like a home away from home. The views and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking too. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, we appreciate your hospitality. Thanks again and we look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at Parkers. The place was beautiful and we had absolutely everything required for our stay! It was just 5 minutes away from picton and we were able to take taxis for dinner. We also hired a private driver for wine tour which picked us up from Parker’s. Parker was a great host, communicated in a very timely manner ! Would highly recommend this spot for a group or family. Thanks for a great stay !

We really loved our visit and wished we were able to stay longer. The space is just as you see it in the listing. It was spotless and very comfortable. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. Dave was wonderful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants and helping when we couldn't figure out the tv. Waking up to the birds singing and beautiful surroundings, we really enjoyed our stay at the Chocolate Suite. The pictures are not representatives of the actual place, it is way nicer and larger. Excellent place to stay near the beaches and the dunes. Would definitely come back for another amazing time in the PEC county.
