This 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from Viljandi Lake. The nearest shop is located 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins is a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and the neighbours need to be considered as well. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.

Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkunurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

Grill- kaasa võtta süsi, muu olemas. Lastele mänguväljak, batuut, kiigud, trosslaskumine, mängumaja, hoov jooksmiseks. Meil on väike koer, miniküülik, kanad. Pererahvas elab kõrval majas.

Majutusasutus Merepuiestee apartment paikneb Toila alevikus ja asub ainult 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Toila rannast. Mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud apartement on valgusküllane ja hubane. Apartmendis on köök, elutuba, magamistuba, duśśiruum tualetiga, WIFI ühendus. Magamistoas on kaheinimese voodi ja riidekapp. Elutoas on suur lahtikäiv diivan, teler ja konditsioneer. Köögis on külmik koos sügavkülmaga, pliit, mikrolaineahi ja kõik toidutegemiseks ja söömiseks vajalikud nõud.

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The studio with all the amenities is a great place to stay in the tranquil central city area where Viljandi's best cafes, parks and beach are in walking distance. The apartment is tastefully furnished and includes everything you need for worry-free living. We use Ecolabel certified products and tools in the household to make the clean atmosphere even better on the mind to rest.

Our place is very unique because of our beautiful surroundings and lot of cool animals like ducks, rabbits, lamas, horse, ponies, donkey, chickens ( who walk free on the property). House is newly renovated, possible to grill and chill, go for a swim, prize includes electric sauna in the house . Also small fireplace to feel more cozy in winter time.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Mundi holiday cottage Karula National Park

Onu Tommi onnikene on mõnus palkmaja, keset Karula Rahvuspargi rohelust. (Osa talu kompleksist.) Maja 2.korrusel on kaks laia põrandavoodit ning 1.korrusel voodi ühele. Lisaks kööginurgale majakeses on võimalik kasutada suurt välikööki talu hoovis, välidušši, lõkkeaset ja grilli.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
