A nice place away from the city for a family vacation or relaxing with friends. The property has a large yard, several barbecue facilities and water bodies. AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, guests will have access to: ▪️YEAR-ROUND a nice sauna and a closed barbecue house where you can barbecue in any weather. ▪️SEASONALLY (May-September) hot tub, sauna, paddle board and outdoor kitchen with long table and ceramic grill. ◾️Firewood is available on site! The house is located in the wonderful dome landscape of South Estonia, in the immediate vicinity of Karula National Park.

A historic farmstead by the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

Grill- kaasa võtta süsi, muu olemas. Lastele mänguväljak, batuut, kiigud, trosslaskumine, mängumaja, hoov jooksmiseks. Meil on väike koer, miniküülik, kanad. Pererahvas elab kõrval majas.

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Lohjaoja holiday home is located in Lahemaa, surrounded by sea, old port, forest, stream and a lake. When booking our cozy home, you'll also have a beautiful sauna house, combined with a big terrace. In summer you can go bicycling or hiking to discover all nearby places, you can pick berries and mushrooms from the forest. In the sauna house, there’s everything available for a good barbecue. In winter you can go skiing on the sea, enjoy the sauna and jump into snow :)

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga, kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib paarile, kes naudib privaatsust looduses ja omaette terrassi männipuu all. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.
