This has to be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The house was beautifully designed, had everything you need to cook meals, and gorgeous scenery. I highly recommend staying here - the studio outside was an absolute highlight.

What a beautiful home nestled in the trees of Pine Cove Idyllwild. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. All amenities were as described. The home was cozy and it was a great place to rest and rejuvenate. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking.

Such a relaxing environment! And when we wanted to be active, hiking trails abound - our favorite was the Ernie Maxwell Scenic Trail. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee outdoors. Many birds, especially woodpeckers, were active. Sunset over the San Bernardino Forest is marvelous! The plants along the walkway to the hot tub reveal intentionality and a desire to make the entire property unique. The gentle breeze and cool temperatures enhance the experience! Very peaceful and easy access to entrance, kitchen, I loved how fresh it was in the room and room temperature upstairs, we enjoyed the hot tub, and overall had an amazing stay.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The Airbnb was beautiful. Very well decorated for the space and just an overall relaxing and quiet trip. Not to much to do in the area but just enjoy the surroundings and sounds of nature. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I with our dog, Lulu, spent a relaxing long weekend at Sarah’s place! The large living room window was the center piece to the house, and the second story deck was such a peaceful spot to eat meals, read, and listen to the birds. Lulu also gives the deck a 5 star rating for bird and squirrel watching!

Thomas was a wonderful host, and was kind enough to leave us a anniversary gift for me and my partner when we stayed. The tree house was beautiful very cozy, definitely give it a look!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! If you’re on the fence, DO IT! The lake is a 2 min walk from the house and it is gorgeous. Allie provides all the fun things you’d need to have a great day on the lake. The home is super clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck with the string lights on during sunset. Beds are amazingly comfortable, and it just felt like we were right at home. Highly recommend staying here, you’ll never want to leave!

Jill’s Wander Wild cabin was everything we were hoping for and more. It was fully stocked, and quiet and only minutes from town. The hot tub was wonderful, the bed was comfy and we absolutely loved listening to nature on the deck and drinking coffee in the mornings. We did a puzzle, listened to some music and just enjoyed the surroundings while we fell in love with the town. We will certainly be back if she’ll have us!

The host is very accessible and provided detailed information. The only fault we encountered is that although the lake is technically very close, walking to it would be quite a distance as the road to get down to the lake takes you very far around. If there is a close walk to the lake we did not find it and one of the main reasons we booked was based on the property's description of a 7 minute walk to the lake.

Tim’s cabin was absolutely fantastic! The location was excellent, the interior and exterior were beautiful, and the amenities were great. We loved the high ceilings, large windows, and how airy it felt inside. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and very clean. The bedrooms were great; and the king bed was very comfortable. We were surprised that there was an AC unit in the master bedroom, which made sleeping very comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and we loved the outdoor scenery. We would love to come back and again! 5/5 ⭐️

Craig and Mercedes home was the perfect spot for my parents and I have to have a fun and relaxing getaway. The house was the perfect size for us 3 and had everything we needed. The area and neighborhood were quiet and very peaceful. Amazing views! They were so responsive and helpful with questions we had and were checking in with us during our stay which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Big Bear.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at Casa Bear! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured, with all the amenities our family needed. Kelly was incredibly responsive—accommodating our early arrival, helping us extend for an extra week, and always quick to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with shops and parks just a short drive away. Our kids loved the space to play, and we felt right at home from day one. We highly recommend Casa Bear to any family seeking a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!
