He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

Our neighborhood is also full of friendly, easy going people. You should have an amazing time! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Boathouse bungalow is a converted boathouse steps from the Lake Sutherland. You have the property to yourself with the bungalow as well as an enclosed gazebo with a dedicated work space. A few miles down the road spend the day at Lake Cresent or enjoy one of the many hikes in the Olympic National Park.
