Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake View, Chicago

My experience with Paul was the best experience I have had booking with Air B and B. His communication was friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions before booking. Upon arriving, his check-in instructions were extremely easy and he explained things throughly. Entering the home was exactly as his pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. He checked in shortly after our check-in time to make sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed anything. The home was nestled in a residential neighborhood and it was quiet, peaceful and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus when on vacation! I asked him for a couple recommended grocery stores that were close and he gave me great suggestions. All his amenities allowed us to cook at home and enjoy meals as a family. Checkout was super easy. We will defiantly reach out to Paul again when we make it back to Chicago. If I could give more than 5 stars I defiantly would! Highly recommended!

At first I couldn’t believe so many 5 star reviews—and now I know why. Because you can’t give a 6. We were between business trips and have a child who lives Chicago so we thought we’d make a weekend of it rather than flying home. Lovely, homey, classy, unique, comfortable, warm and very cool all in one place. You need only to roll out of the door to find great food, great people and great fun. Thank you for opening your home to us.

The apartment was very clean and only a few minute walk to the Cubs game. Parking was perfect. We arrived, parked our vehicles and left them there until we left. There was no need to use our cars, we were able to walk everywhere. The location was beyond perfect. There were unlimited restaurants in the area and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Everyone was very nice in the building and the area. I would definitely recommend.

Andrew and Kailey’s place was perfect for our Chicago vacation. The neighborhood is wonderful, welcoming, and walkable. The space itself is very inviting and is filled with personal touches that show lots of Chicago personality and makes the space a great place to unwind after a long day of museums and other activities. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, and the two baths were pristine and great for our family. I would highly recommend this place for your next Chicago stay!

My family spent three nights at Thomas’s place, and we loved it! The location was perfect, it was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The noise from the El didn’t bother us, but it would probably cause problems for light sleepers. We would definitely stay there again!

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

First time staying at an Air Bnb and it was amazing. Instructions were very clear and the place had everything we needed!

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Matt!

Nicole and Matt were extremely responsive and excellent hosts. The bnb was in an awesome location in Lincoln Park with lots of great bars, restaurants and close proximity to the plethora of attractions in downtown Chicago. I would stay there again and recommend this lovely town home to all!

Adam was a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay. The house was clean and the house is easily accessible to everything. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second stay at this location and we hope to return again in the future. It is a very well-maintained place in a safe location. Also, we love how clean it is!

We stayed one night and were very happy with the accommodations. Lisa was a helpful host and everything was very nice quality and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very nice with a big “rain” type showerhead AND a regular size detachable one. The neighborhood and yard area was calm and chickens were very cute! We had some fantastic empanadas at a nearby cafe called La Mulata - definitely recommend. There are a bunch of cool historical buildings nearby too (including the building the cafe is in). FYI since it’s a basement apartment (as advertised) there are a couple spots with slightly lower beams coming down from the ceiling). At 6’2” we were good to walk around without impediment, but I put my hand above my head at the lowest spot and the clearance was only about an inch, so if you are any taller, be careful or you may hit your head! The condo is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood and the hosts answered my few questions promptly. The place was very clean and although the bedrooms were small, it was nice that each of us (nana and two teens) could have their own space.

We enjoyed a week of comfortable stay at Matt’s place! We were a family of 5 people and had enough space for everyone! We came for my daughter’s wedding and it was great to have lots of things/amenities that helped us prepare for the wedding! Garage spot was helpful! Backyard peaceful and we spent some time relaxing on the deck! Adorable cozy duplex with everything you need for the relaxed and comfortable stay! Matt was respectful, helpful and very responsive! Area is great as well! Thank you so much!!

John's place is great, just as described. Very clean and location is perfect (across the street from Pequod's). Check in/out was easy and communication was good.

Supurb stay in Fulton Market! Seth was an outstanding host—responsive, welcoming, and accomidating. The apartment was spotless, well decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this condo, and as always, it didn’t disappoint! It’s close to great restaurants and lots of things to do. I absolutely love the shared outdoor space as well.

Had an excellent time with my family at Ari’s place. It was very infant friendly and just as advertised. It’s easily walkable to the best places in Andersonville. We would stay here again!
