Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Wylie

Quiet location in a very modern part of Belmont. No street traffic whatsoever. The home was very comfortable and clean upon arrival. The coffee bar and the complimentary snacks were a real nice touch. Our host allowed us to check in early which was most appreciated. I would stay at this location again if traveling to Belmont, NC.

We loved our stay at Holly's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Holly was a thoughtful host and gave us great dinner recommendations. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My stay at Lauren's farm was just what I needed...a peaceful place to get away to as I prepare for a job change. The farm is beautiful. The trails throughout the property were great for an afternoon run. And the close proximity to downtown Waxhaw allowed for great dining options. I'll definitely be back!

It was very clean and cute. The tall ceilings made it feel even more warm and inviting. We had 3 adults and 1 child with us, and there was plenty of space. The neighbors were friendly, it’s walkable to downtown. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a perfect birthday getaway! We checked out a cute local coffee shop called Waterbean. The house was amazing, cute and cozy that was perfect for my party of 4. Clean, and just overall home vibe. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious, extremely clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, with stylish furniture and every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, making meals easy, and the whole space felt like a home away from home. The outdoor area was a highlight—tons of yard space with cornhole, a fire pit , a pool, and multiple seating areas including a cozy deck setup and a fun garage hangout spot with a ping pong table and seating. It was private, peaceful, and overall perfect! Our host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything completely hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

My extended family came into Charlotte for a wedding at Camelot Meadows, which is about a 10 minute drive away. This beautiful home was exactly what we needed; space, tranquility, beauty, peacefulness, plenty of room, and comfort! It was a total of seven of us, and we each had plenty of room, comfortable beds and large spacious bathrooms to share. The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need while away from home. The view of the lake and the backyard area is incredible. We plan to come back to NC and stay at this home. The owners were wonderful at communicating everything we needed to have a nice stay. Thank you

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. The kitchen was well appointed - had everything that we needed. The area was very quiet and private - felt safe arriving home after dark. Happy to recommend - would stay again.

Jacques Place was the best! My mom and I needed a place to stay after visiting Charlotte to see her brother. We needed a place that was close to the city center and easily accessible and we found that in this apartment. The home was squeaky clean and nothing out of place. We were only there for the night so didn’t get to use the wonderful kitchen setup or the amenities but it looked like a lovely complex. Easy access from the private parking garage made checking in and out a breeze. Jacques Place was welcoming and clear in their instruction. Thanks for the stay

Sandra’s home was beautiful & the perfect getaway. We stayed there while we were visiting to attend the PGA. A short drive to downtown Fort Mill, which had coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte. The place was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Great place beautiful property

Jennifer was the best Host! My maid of honor and I stayed here the night before my wedding since it was close to where we were getting married. I also did my father/daughter reveal outside here and it was Perfect! Thank you Jennifer for everything, helping me out with all my questions and concerns with timing! You are the best host and I will recommend you and your place to anyone!

Nitin's place was in an awesome location, only a short distance from everything. Everything looked just like the photos with very helpful check in and local guide information. Thanks for the great stay!

Amanda’s hidden gem was an amazing spot for me and my boyfriend to escape reality from! Check-in was very easy, and her space was very easy to find. Her space looks just like the pictures and we felt right at home. Amanda was also kind enough to supply some light snacks and coffee cups for the place which we were very grateful for! It was very clean, and we felt very safe and right at home. We were also able to have access to the country club, which we went for the hot tub which was so nice! The view from the balcony was amazing!! Overall, we loved our stay with Amanda and we will be back for a ski trip!! :)

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

I enjoyed my stay! I had some troubles getting inside when I first arrived (completely my fault lol) but Eugenie came immediately to help me out! I loved all the natural light as well! Great location! 10/10
