Holiday rentals with a patio in Lam Luk Ka District

Set in a high energy area, entry is secured in multiple steps by facial recognition 24hr security and key card. A well conditioned pool table room shares a common floor with a secured access indoor children’s playroom and infinity pool overlooking the expansive greenery of Chatuchak Park. The room is barely lived in but is complete with 4 towels, kitchen set and astonishing view. Only the warmth of the host overshadows the building, the room and area due his kind nature and drive to make your stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

I just want to say thank you for being on airbnb! The host is really responsive, answered every question that i have and is helpful. I stayed for a month, the manager nat can always be approached if you need help. The housekeepers do a great job in cleaning i loved them so much! The other airbnb guest are also easy to talk too so it feels just like home. Just outside of the airbnb there is a small store, it has anything u need from drink, travel size detergent, or even a chat buddy. Perfect place i wish i will come back soon.

Loved staying at Mai’s place! She’s a wonderful host with many recommendations around the area. We’ve become great friends in the time we stayed here. The place was perfect and so cute—loved the decor. The building was great and everyone was very friendly. The amenities are amazing and always kept up. Pro tip: pay a visit to the restaurant on the main floor. 10/10 would recommend this place!!

My stay at this place was as pleasant as It could get. The host is super host in true sense. Always responding to messages, friendly and helpful, even if it is not related to your stay he will try to help you with his best. The condo was clean and all amenities mentioned in the listing were provided. In fact we asked for induction cooktop and he arranged it specially for us. Facilities of the building is even better than some 5 star hotels. Infinity edge pool at 56th floor is mesmerising. Gym was well equipped and sky lounge was a great spot to work. I will surely book this airbnb again.

The pool is large and the neighborhood is very quiet.This is a quiet area, a few friends come to play together, the house is very well renovated and very comfortable to stay, the host is also very good, 24 hours to reply to the message.

Incredibly cozy with minimalistic charm. Amenities abound, including comfy towels, a plush bed, and fantastic Japanese automatic toilet! Perfect location near Arena Impact and Thunderdome, with a new MRT station adding convenience. My only wish? Bikes or scooters for easy local exploration. Highly recommend!

As described, the house has a very good atmosphere, beautiful.

We staid here after traveling Thailand for about 10 days already, and this was my most favorite place that we stayed at. It's right on the river, and the island is amazing. There is a small weekend market, plus a number of regular little shops, cafes, and restaurants on the island. Ko Kret is a hidden gem! So beautiful. I absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are located on the 2nd level of a traditional teak wood home, with it's own (though separated) bathroom, balcony, and seating areas. Rooms are air conditioned, bathroom is not, but that was not an issue for us. The two women are so incredibly kind, and serve a great breakfast each morning! This is a great place to stay for anyone who is looking for a local, quiet, traditional experience. I wish I could stay longer!!! 🥰

This Airbnb is an amazing space designed by the host Chureerut. It is designed like a traditional Thai house we all stayed in the house and is incredibly stocked :) the host and her family we very kind and they treated us to mangoes 🥭 I was very excited to see the birds and the mangoes in the garden. Very easy to checkin and all facilities are there. Additionally malls and everything is close by and walkable.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Lotus , central Ladprao shopping mall and public transport. Close to CBD as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The host was friendly and quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again
