'Flat Oot' is a first floor, fully reburbished two kingsize bedroom apartment in the heart of Peebles. We are currently working on enclosing our garden area but it already has a bike storage unit and picnic table. Directly outside our private close you are spoilt with restaurants, bars, boutique shops and art galleries. The world renowned Glentress mountain bike venue and 'GoApe' are two miles away, beautiful walks into the local hills, salmon fishing and golf are all on the doorstep.

This artist and architect-designed house is clad in larch and well insulated with wool felts. The access to the separate loft of our eco-house is via an external staircase. A large south facing window in the main room overlooks the woodland garden and Shiplaw burn. There is a workspace/single bedroom for an extra guest. We are located within one of the biggest habitat restoration projects in Europe and are five minutes walk from a regular bus service to Edinburgh and across the Borders.
