Perche house 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Treehouse, 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris

1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! A set of character composed of 2 independent apartments on the ground floor. The 1st: the main house can easily accommodate 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom). The 2nd: the large cottage for 4 people (2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms). It is an isolated, quiet setting, ideal for spending days with family or friends. Outdoor games, and board games for your evenings by the fire, bicycles for your walks, hiking sites nearby.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
