Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

A complete remodel finished in August of 2020 preserved the heartwood pine floors from the 1800s and some of the original brick work but that is where the old part ends. While the rest of the townhome is lived-in by us, the owners, all of the space you are booking is completely private.
