Pete n Nicole are the great host. Always responsive and prompt reply to my questions. All appliances are in great conditions. We're happy about their house, a far from city but so peaceful and private.

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and wished we had kept the extra night when we originally booked earlier in the year. We know for next time :) Amazing views from upstairs living from the dunes, the stars, the ocean with a little private island and the breathtaking Sunsets. My children loved the swimming pool :) thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful beachfront home :)

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

Nice home in a very quiet, clean and safe surrounding. easy access to parks and convenience to get around. Specially, Cherie is very responsive at all time. Very pleasant time for our vacation. Thank you

Lovely property in superb location. Views from balcony are wonderful and the sunsets magnificent. Only drawback is that to get the views main living accommodation is up a flight of stars so all shopping, baggage etc also has to be carried up. All in all a a great place with unforgettable sunsets. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is very spacious and fits all 9 (5 adults & 4 children) of us with ample space left. The house is located in a beautiful surrounding and well equipped. It has all the amenities we needed and we felt right at home. The location is great too as it is only 2 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and 5 mins away from the nearest mall. Its strategic location made traveling around to popular tourist spots very accessible. Highly recommended for any families looking to travel to Perth soon as this is truly a gem!

Thank you Travis for the wonderful home. Travis was accommodating to let us drop off our luggages before check in timing, and update us when the house is ready. Great amenities and good neighbourhood. House was clean and in a great condition. Our children loves the pool and sandpit and they were sad to leave the house on the last day. Rest assured to book your place when we return to Perth again. Will definitely recommend to friends and families.

We have loved our stay and would definitely come back again. We have had great communication with Michelle all the way through the experience. The property was great with loads of room and everything we needed.

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

We booked this place for 3 nights & had a wonderful stay. Had everything we needed & much more. Beautiful & clean house in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. The heated pool is a bonus. Only complain is lack of heater in the house & can get very cold during winter. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Rebecca's place was immaculate and great for big families. They had complete amenities for the kitchen for us to get started on cooking dinner since we checked in late in the evening. Their beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider their place again should we come and visit Perth!

Brilliant location and house was exactly as described. Really liked not having a key to open the front door, and the lovely outside space. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for our party of four adults and one child. We would stay here again.

We booked Villa Catalina for a surprise girls’ weekend to celebrate our friend, a future Bride to be, even flying in some friends from Sydney to make it extra special—and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The photos truly don’t do it justice. This villa is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and not want to leave. Shelby, the host, was absolutely incredible. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The welcome basket on arrival was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. I can’t thank her enough for everything! It was the perfect weekend!! Highly recommend and would love to return!

Tony's place was great. We had a 2 week gap from selling our home to moving into the new home and Tony's place was so convenient, easy and well located. Gave us the space we needed to store last minute items to store between homes. Tony's communication was outstanding and he was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Tony's home as a great place to stay.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Mullaloo. The house was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable, and kid-friendly. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids loved the pool and the table tennis table. It was a great location for seeing around Perth and Western Australia during our 3 week stay. The letting agent and the host were very helpful whenever we any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to say here again when we visit Perth.

Our family of 5 (kids between 2 to 7yo) enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place tremendously! We stayed for 3 nights, for our last leg of our week long stay in Perth/Margaret River. Linda met us at the door, I just had to text her when we were 30 mins away. Our kids love the swings and trampoline at the back yard tremendously. There were nice little touches here and there, eg. the tub for our youngest, the stuffed toys (that slept with my younger two), the books (that my oldest read), the snacks and fruits, children cutlery, etc. I appreciated the heating lights in the toilet cos it can get incredibly cold after a shower. Supermarket was nearby (walking distance). Swan valley attractions are a 20-30min drive away, Hillary’s a 10 min drive away (you can take the ferry to Rottnest from there). All in all, we had a wonderful stay. This is probably one of the most kid friendly Airbnbs I’ve stayed at so far.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yan Goon. From booking right through to check out, Amy was very friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and relaxing.The house is a great size. We were 1 of 3 families staying and there was ample space for everyone. Four bedrooms were at the rear of the property and could be closed off by a hallway door, making it easy to put the kids down and block out any noise from the living area. Lounge room has a modern TV with apps so you can log in and use (we didn't need our Chrome cast). The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, crockery, utensils etc and a very modern oven (had air fry as an option!). The house is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac and across the road from a big oval (walking distance to more parks as well). It's a quick 2 minute drive to the beautiful beach and 10min drive to the national Park. Amy was lovely to deal with. I recommend staying at this property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay Amy!

We had a great time staying in North Beach at this lovely property. The location is perfect, being only a few minutes walk from the beachfront. The house itself was clean and comfy - a great place to stay for the week!

Great place to stay whilst visiting family, accommodation was clean and spacious . Washing and drying facilities provided. Good location to near by Hilarys Beach Club which could easily be reached on foot within 15 mins. Had issue on accessing key through key lock as the combustion given had changed however this was sorted out quickly. No further issues were encountered. Would definitely recommend for a stay as close to beaches, Hilarys Boat yard & Whitfords shopping centre.
