At Gut Scheidt we rent a magnificent studio house with great views of the horse pastures and orchards. You will stay in a bright, quiet studio with sleeping loft, open kitchen and bathroom, in the middle of an idyllic horse farm. Gut Scheidt is located in the green triangle of Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It's less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf city center is approx. 25 minutes. The fair and the airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The district town of Mettmann is only 10 minutes away…

Wir (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45, Levi, 10 und Ayumi🐶<1) vermieten unsere Einliegerwohnung im Souterrain unseres Hauses in Mettmann / Metzkausen mit separatem Eingang über den Hausflur. Das großzügige Schlafzimmer liegt an der Terrasse zum Garten sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Es bietet sich vor allem für Messegäste an (Düsseldorf 20km, Essen 30km und Köln mit gut 40km) oder jemanden, der zum Beispiel Familie in der Nähe besucht. Bei Fragen sind wir jederzeit ansprechbar und freuen uns aufs Gastgeben.

Walnut Tree Cottage

Walnut Tree Cottage Apartment wurde 2023 fertig gestellt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail im englischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Räume sind mit z. T. antiken Möbeln und Tapeten des National Trust (England) aus 3 Jahrhunderten dekoriert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades sind modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Autobahn wird in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof bietet Direktverbindungen u. a. nach Düsseldorf, Köln und Wuppertal.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The apartment has a small hallway with a gaderobe as entrance, a bathroom with shower and a room with a kitchenette, dining table, writing desk, wardrobe and two beds that can be used individually or as a double bed. The apartment is surrounded by greenery, right next to the stream "Düssel", no neighbors, parking on the premises in front of the door. Private entrance with only three steps. Check in is done via a key box with a number code, which I will send shortly before arrival.

The feel-good room, a very special room

Accommodation flat rate of 3 euros is included. This apartment has a living room ID No. 006-2-0010582-22. The furnishings are well maintained, small and modern. This apartment has a TV with Bluetooth Connect and Wi-Fi. A large roof terrace is also part of this room. The existing bed has a size of 1.40 m by 2.00 m. Please note when booking for two. The feel-good room is equipped with a kettle and coffee pod machine, but has NO kitchen and NO refrigerator.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of the Luisenviertel. With its bars, cafes and restaurants, the district is one of the most beautiful areas in Wuppertal. The spacious double bed can be reached via a small staircase (ceiling height here only 1.60 m). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge and coffee maker. In the living room, there is a workstation, couch and TV (Netflix only - no cable connection).

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

Düsseldorf Mediaharbour

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!
