The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and hiking trails, directly on the Maas(dike) and near the Overasselt fens area. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The amenities are new and well cared for (the apartment was realized in June 2020 and only opened as an (air)B&B since then).

The house is very spacious, and the historical accents make it extra attractive. Pay attention! This accommodation is not rented to youth groups and groups of friends. Our holiday home is located in the quiet countryside of Groesbeek. You have beautiful views of the countryside and the Reichswald. The detached house has a spacious garden and is spaciously furnished for 8 people. In consultation, this can be a maximum of 10 people. We are happy to welcome families, peace seekers and nature lovers in our home. We do not rent to young people. Groups of young people under the age of 30 who do book will be denied upon arrival.

The house has all the comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two atmospheric porches, one with a wood stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of football or badminton!

Wake up in a Ger in the middle of nature!

Wake up in the middle of nature, from a unique outdoor home: our Ger. It is full of life in our beautiful estate: singing of birds, roaming chickens and cats, leafing sheep, playing children, edible plants and lots of greenery in our forest, fields and vegetable garden. In the Ger, you can relax, on the sofa by the wood stove or in the comfortable double bed. In addition, you can use a shared kitchen, shower and compost toilet.

Our house is located in the countryside, between cows, meadows and cornfields, in the middle of a green oasis of tranquility. For our guests the house has an independent apartment with own entrance, a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace and garden. In the living room can be placed an extra double bed so than we still can offer a spacious accommodation for four people. Village 10 minutes by bike.
