I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay, thanks to our incredibly proactive and kind host. From the start, they made us feel welcomed and were quick to respond to any questions or issues, always offering effective solutions right away. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality really made a difference. The location was also a big plus—peaceful, convenient, and close to restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place, and we’d absolutely love to return in the future!

Outstanding Host and Exceptional Service! I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

I stayed in 2 places since the AC broke in the first one. For the place describe in here. It was a great place, the building is in a great location away from all the noise, and near enough everything. The weather in Hanoi was so hot that I moved around in grab. The host was really helpful went the AC broke down. In the same day they offer me to move in to a different apartment that they own. I wish I could have stayed here since it was so convenient for me. It's a great place.

Van Chinh's space is spacious, it's an apartment. It is located in a Vietnamese neighborhood. Close to several traditional businesses. And close to tourist areas. Van Chính recommended food spots and tourist attractions. She was always available. He knows a few phrases in Spanish. I highly recommend the place.

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

Trâm was an incredible host. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay in Hanoi, which really made us feel at home. The airbnb is beautifully designed, spacious and calm. You do not really notice that you are in such a busy area as the airbnb is located in the back of the house. The area is great, you can walk everywhere and come home in between. We would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if returning to Hanoi.

Smooth stay, nice place

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

I really enjoyed everything about this place. The spaces were pleasant and the apartment was well equipped, the building facilities were excellent and the Dong Da location was convenient and had lots of points of interest.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

It was an excellent and perfect we could think of..we had travelled to Vietnam for first time with my family.. Nice and comfortable homely stay.. I would definitely recommend this stay ..the host is very friendly and responsive.. she also gave complimentary fruits daily to us ..

All good. This is my second time back and staying at lux apartment. I couldn't have asked for more in an apartment. They have everything I need for a comfortable stay during my trip to Hanoi. Thanks and will definitely be back.
