All shops, restaurants, beach and sights are within walking distance. 3rd floor/attic without elevator The apartment is divided into living room and bedroom. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen and balcony overlooking the water tower. The apartment is very bright and cozy. It offers all the necessities for a relaxing vacation.

Sweet and modern apartment on the North Sea <3

Aloa her holiday tires, best read all the text! The one-room apartment is 55 square meters and can accommodate 2 adults. Also, it's my small private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic apartment, but a private accommodation. Which of course is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From fully automatic coffee to a Wii U, it has it all. If you want to unlock more levels, you are welcome. ;-)

Located on a dune in the heart of the island, our well-kept apartment combines vibrant life with relaxing tranquility in the second row of houses due to its location. Short distances for shopping and restaurant visits as well as proximity to the beach are certainly just as attractive. Up to 4 people can stay in our non-smoking house. A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."
