The apartment is located in the south of Nuremberg, the center and especially the fair (on foot approx. 15 min.) can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Thanks to the ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for anyone looking for a centrally located feel-good place. The bathroom is small but very practically furnished. Kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

From this centrally located stylish accommodation, you can reach all the important places in a few minutes - whether in the city center, Meistersingerhalle or trade fair (then by subway). The exclusive furnishings with oak parquet give a special feel-good atmosphere. The bathroom is our special pride! The apartment is on the 5th floor, the elevator will take you up. Supermarkets, restaurants... in the immediate vicinity. Tram, subway too. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the center.

The vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms (one of which is to be used as a passage room). We have included a floor plan of the apartment in the photos so that you can see exactly whether our apartment is right for you! A balcony is located in one of the bedrooms. The large bathroom has a shower, tub and washing machine. The toilet is separate. In addition, the apartment offers a large kitchen/living room with plenty of space for cooking and relaxing.

Beautiful, bright and high-quality flat (115m²) on the second floor including balcony (10m²) and elevator. 1 large box spring bed 220x220, sofa bed with spring core extendable 170x200 and a chaise longue. Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

In-law near Messe & Playmobil FUN PARK

The 45 m² one-storey apartment is located in the Bauernfeind marshalling yard settlement, in the attic of our house. The metro can be reached on foot in 10 min. and one stop away from the fair (20 min. on foot). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is space for max. 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and stores for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.
